Great service & professional. Great experience. Punctual and nice. Answered all the questions we had about possible troubleshooting, turning ON-OFF of device between season changes. Took the time needed to ensure all was properly organized & cleaned before leaving.

Bryan M. #3705. Our water heater stopped working today, Good Friday. Someone was here in less than 2 hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Great service. Bryan was very professional and personable.

The installers were cordial and efficient. Came at 3 different times for each install. They answered all my questions and cleansed up after the job. Good at what they do.

Placed my service call last night at 10:30 pm. They were able to schedule an appointment immediately. Laurier from Reliance Homecomfort was punctual, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem with my tank-less water heater and solved it fast. No mess to clean afterwards. The heating is working again.

For many years I have had a Comfort Protection Plan with Reliance. I called Wed AM because my furnace was making strange noises. The technician came Wed. afternoon and determined it needed a new purge motor. The part was not available locally. Before he left he said the part had been ordered and would be delivered by courier directly to me. I was to call Reliance when it arrived and they would install it. 12 noon on Thursday and no courier so I called Reliance. The lady answering my call could tell with a glance that my part would not arrive at my house until Monday, 5 days after my initial call because Good Friday is a holiday. I was sitting around waiting for the part when Reliance knew it would not arrive for 4 more days. They should have called me to inform me of that fact. I also do not understand if the order went in on Wednesday why it could not have been couriered to me on Thursday. Perhaps Reliance will not pay for urgent courier service. I am very disappointed with this level of service. The technician who visited my house on Wed. was very pleasant and I have no criticisms of him. When my furnace is repaired, I will likely cancel my protection plan with Reliance.

I am a first time homeowner and was experiencing some weird noises and having hot water issues with our hot water tank. I was worried it would need to be replaced. Robert came over and cleaned the hot water tank, he adjusted the temperature and fixed the tank so it would avoid heavy hitting water during use. So far the adjustments have been working well with the existing tank. Two thumbs up. I was very happy with Robert's service and the overall experience. He was very professional and explained everything he did and why. Thank you Robert for fixing my hot water tank! Much appreciated!

our water heater stopped heating due to a faulty controller. We called for repair service on a Monday night and were given a 7:00 to 11:00 am time estimate for repair on Tuesday. Chris B. ( #907)arrived at 9:30 and repaired the water heater quickly. Chris was very personable and left the work area spotless.

I have an annual contract with Reliance to service my water heater, gas furnace and air conditioner and had requested an annual maintenance check done on all. The service received from Bryan M. #3705, and his mate, was absolutely excellent. Thank you, P. Clarke
