    Furnace Service

    I booked a routine maintenance appointment for my newly installed furnace and hot water heater. Technician was John Saliba. He was friendly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He did a great job!

    Water heater service

    Fantastic service. Called at 8:15 am for a water heater that was working. At 9:05 two service techs (Bryan M. #3705) arrived, replaced a part and by 9:20 we were up and running. The techs who should up were extremely freindly and knowledgable. Very impressed. Thanks! ....now for a warm shower!

    HVAC System

    My HVAC System was approximately 23 years old. Knowing I was throwing away money on efficiency. I decided to take the plunge and replace the entire system Furnace, Air Conditioner, Water Heater (went tankless). After doing a lot of research on companies I decided to give Reliance a shot. That's when I met Tom to get a quote. Tom and I clicked right away. Tom took the time to explain all aspects of the various components. He didn't rush me or pressure me in any way. We spent hours going over Rebates and the right system for our needs. I was so impressed with Tom and his professionalism that I signed the contract that same day with no reservations whatsoever. 3 days later 4 technicians showed up took my old system away and installed this masterpiece. My pride and joy. My New HVAC System. Once again I was very impressed by the technicians who came and installed my new system. Very professional. I tip my hat to Tom, the Technicians and Reliance.

    New Water Heater

    i called about our water heater leaking and was told that a service rep would be out between 7 - 11 PM. The rep showed up about a half hour after my call. He (Ryan Lavery) was great, he laid down mats so as not to track anything in the house. And he had the old one out and new installed within the hour. Fantastic job from a very personable employee. An asset to Reliance. Thanks Ryan for your quick, and clean job. We will always deal with Reliance. They have treated us fast in the past as well.

    Water heater

    Lina was able to do what other companies said couldn't happen. Thanks to Lina I was able to get my tank less water heater. She came ovet and took measurements herself to make sure it could be done.

    Water tank Replacement

    Dan Spooner is obviously a professional at his trade. He demonstrates a high degree of knowledge about water heaters, heating systems and air conditioning units. You can see by how he conducts himself he sure of his work and leaves a clean workplace when he is done. My wife and I were very please with his customer service and the care he took going in and out of our home with his tools and the water tanks. He showed care and attention when carefully caring the water tanks in and out of our home without causing damage through the staircase. Dan thank you for your hard work we truly appreciate you being so considerate and helpful. I made it easy dealing with the water we had in the basement. Thank you Saverio and Debbie

    Furnance

    Our furnace broke down on Sunday March 29th 2015. We did not realize the problem until 4pm. We called the 'emergency number' and were told that there would be no technicians available for a service call until the following day between 1-5pm. It was -10 degrees outside and snowing. I have two children in the home, plus two elderly visitors. I made this clear to the woman I was speaking to but she would not help me further but kept saying that all the service technicians were 'booked' or 'over-booked' and had we called earlier in the day we could have been squeezed in. Really?? We called back a few minutes later and spoke to Paul, who after a lengthy discussion with him, still could not send anyone to my home until the next morning. and only after making it very clear that we were not happy with this length of time for repair. Approximately 30 minutes later, Paul called back to tell us that a technician was now available (still can't understand how all of a sudden, they could fit us in) and would be there that evening. We thanked Paul, however we are unhappy that we had to get very upset and angry before getting the right service. It was 17 degrees in my house by this time. Service technician Robert (1191019) arrived at 730pm, fixed the issue, and was gone within a half hour. He was great and we had no issues with him. Our issue remains with the call center and its lack of customer service in an urgent situation.

    Spring Furnace Maintenance

    Alan R #1626 arrived promptly to service our equipment. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful when answering all of my questions. We will definitely ask for Alan R the next time we have to get service.

    Furnace and AC Installation

    Our 100yr old home thew some curveballs at Mark, Graeme and Skyler of Fusion Heating & AC, but they did a truly fantastic job and kept on smiling and were a pleasure to work with through to completion. We replaced our furnace and added a new AC outside in a tricky location. They also replaced my chimney liner with one sized for the remaining hot water heater since the furnace no longer needed to vent there. Their workmanship was top notch. The little details matter like adjusting the duct work to optimize the space in my furnace room and aligning and really cleanly running all the water lines and cables. They left a spotless job site also. Not only is it a great furnace, it looks really good too and you can tell they really take pride in their work. Mark ran me through everything I needed to know once they were done, including how to relight the pilot on my hot water tank (even though they didn't install that). I highly recommend both Reliance and our great install crew!

    furnace service

    It was a Sunday morning when we woke up to a very cold house. The furnace was not working. I called Reliance and was asked a few questions and it was determined that a technican was needed. I was given a 3 hour window for the service app't and the tech showed up in half the time. The tech was very pleasant and polite who got right to work, discovered and repaired the problem. Great service, especially on a Sunday morning.
