The technician Tyler (team member 2392) arrived promptly and quickly assessed that a water tank replacement would be required. He was polite and professional and quickly had the old water heater removed and the new one installed. He answered all the questions I had for him while working on the unit replacement and explained how the new unit worked at the end. His work was clean, and professional. He cleaned up any mess created from changing out the water tank, and verified there was no gas or water leaks a few times. Well done.

Technican Hob Tom and Heqiang Zhang installed a new parts for my furnace which wasn't working. They were very helpful and answered my question about what caused the furnace to stop. Thanks to them both for their professionalism.

Mark R came by to help with a furnace problem we had. He was very professional and helpful and took the time to explain things to me as he did them. He also took the time to discuss rough costs of a new furnace as well as some general tips on maintenance of the furnace.

What turned out to be a small problem with our furnace flame sensor was dealt with promptly and very professionally. Jason was a pleasure to deal with and quite informative. We were told when to expect the service call and Jason was here when expected. Thanks

had a great presentation and followup by Reinaldo Platero, he sold us on the rental program with Reliance, everything was done correctly and promptly - He explained all the procedures very well.

Just wanted to comment on the competent and friendly service provided by Mark, John, and Matt. Also the great oversight provided by salesman Joe, who made us feel that we were dealing with someone we could trust.

Service inspector Stergios #3055 was very pleasant and curteous. He arrived at the time arranged and continued right to work after our introduction. I was pleased with his knowledge and experience. You could tell he enjoys his job.

Annual maintenance: Just wanted to commend Gabriel Fazzolari for his exceptional service. He came to do the maintenance on my furnace, and did that as well as repaired to humidifier and UV light. This was not part of the scheduled visit, but he stayed late, fixed it, and went over everything with me. He was polite, professional and considerate of my home and pet as well. Excellent service from the Technician.
