Called Reliance for my furnace that was making a loud squeal. Derrick P. showed up in under 2 hrs. Figured out the problem right away. Changed out the part at no charge since I have the protection plan. Working great, heat is back on. Would recommend the protection plan to everyone!!!! Saves a lot of $$$

Crew members Bruce & Danny are very professional & informative and have done a very good job. They have explained what they have done and also advised how to maintain the furnace & airconditioner. We would highly recommend them. Awesome experience with both!

I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Tom and the Reliance team. We've used Tom on two occasions in the past 6 months to replace old equipment and he has been punctual, knowledgeable and great to deal with. He has provided us with quality equipment at a fair price and has been quick to follow up on any questions/concerns we have. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking to replace old equipment!

I was fustrated about reliance not automatically replace my water heat that is 28 years old. Finally got it replaced. Knowledgable hard working friendly tech. Very happy about the service. However, I do dislike the constant sales pitching from their salesman.

Water heater working well. There were some billing issues. Fixed after 5 month period. Watch installers, check what they doing, stay with them. Check your installation invoice, read first, read it again, only then you can sign it. Resolve all possible issues BEFORE signing - later it will be only your problem. Read very carefully your bill - read it first, check all the numbers.

Matt A RCH 2824 and Neil H RCH2729 were on time, worked hard and cleaned up after them selfs, polite and very respectful of myself my home and my pets.

Dean Timpany is an amazing informative rep of Reliance who educated us on the bonuses of upgrading our current system to the SmartAir Efficiency system. I have just moved to the Burlington area. I had water leaking from my furnace. I called Reliance and had Bryan M #3705 inside 30 minutes. He was quick to spot the issue ordered the part and had it installed in short order. He was pleasant and great to deal with. I would have back any time. Thanks Bryan it was a pleasure to have you for our repair. Great job!!!
