I had our hot water tank replaced due to a heating issue. Customer service was very polite and receptive. An appointment was set up very quickly. The fist Technician did not show up within the 5 hour window set. A second appointment was made with no issues. My tank was then replaced without issue. The tank replacement technician was extremely professional and helpful. He easily did the work of two technicians. Derek Butler Emp. 2800. Thank you again. Keep up the good work!

I was very impressed with Dean as he outlined the options regarding the rental of a furnace and water tank from Reliance. There was absolutely no pressure as he gave me the various options. I chose Reliance because i believed that Dean was straightforward and honest with me. I also felt the price was quite fair. He is an excellent rep. for the company.

My water heater started leaking and we lost all hot water late in the day. Reliance sent someone within a couple of hours. I am apprehensive about having unfamiliar people in my home at the best of times but Bryan was professional and kind and I immediately felt comfortable. Rather than have another unfamiliar person come to do the tank replacement, he made sure that the job was assigned to him and hot water was restored quickly and easily the next day. I will always call Reliance for any water heater problems.

Met Beth at the Home Show. She was awesome, answered EVERY question I had. Furnace and air conditioner went in without a hitch and everything is working perfectly. Not one problem start to finish!!! I would definately recommend. Thanks!!

Received quick and excellent service from Reinaldo Platero as well as the team of installers. Reinaldo coordinated everything from the energy audit to the installation. A concern was discovered over my electrical panel which was solved with limited issues for myself. Thanks Reinaldo!

Our old tankless water heater we bough stopped working, no longer under warranty by the home builder. So we called Reliance and they came immediately and set us up with a new tankless water heater. Great job, guys were pleasant, very pleased with the whole job and experience with Reliance.

Chris B. efficient, pleasant , very helpful with a dynamite smile. Chris called 15 min. prior to arrival and was timely on arrival. He wasted no time, installed a new air filter. He suggested I monitor the effectiveness of changing the filter on a regular basis. I would not hesitate to call back if necessary, after he reassured me he was there to help.

We wanted to replace our 30 year old furnace before it died, and opted to replace our 20 year old A/C while we were at it. Jon came out initially and told us a few different options, all that would be efficient enough to get us the Ontario rebate (we asked for this). He was open to some negotiation in price, which was great. We went with Reliance because Jon was the sales person who left us with the best impression. He clearly cares for his work, and stands by Reliance's quality of work as well. The warranty offered by Reliance was also by far the best, since there are no strings attached...you don't have to get your furnace serviced annually by Reliance, unlike other companies we got quotes from. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. Install happened the day after we signed the contract, and took less than a day to do. Very efficient, and they used drop cloths to keep dirt off the floors. Though, they didn't use them in the furnace room, which left the floor really dirty in there -- for future reference, concrete is really hard to clean when dirty, you should use dropcloths there too :). It's been a month so far, and there have been no problems with our furnace at all, the house is much more evenly heated and feels warmer even though it's set the same temp as the old furnace was. Our Water heater stopped working this morning, by noon Reliance had come out and replaced it for us. Excellent service by Technician Paul F. He was informative and knowledgeable. Thanks.
