Very professional service by Saleem Malik. Very courteous and patient. Installed a valve free of cost and provided superior customer service in terms of explaining the features of the water heater. Highly recommended!!!

Joe was amazing. He showed up on time, explained everything, fixed what he could and ordered the big part. Then came back (on time) and efficiently replaced the part. He did a great job and we would strongly recommend him and his services.

Dave Masters was our home comfort advisor of Reliance Home comfort and provided us with very best service. I got a new furnace installed within 24 hours after signing rental contract. Was not expecting that quick service.

The install crew did a fabulous job (explained everything we needed to know, were professional, prompt). I thought I had a problem with the furnace, and on the coldest day of the year. The technician, Alireza, arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was very courteous and professional. He took care of the problem efficiently and answered my many questions in an informative manner. I was very impressed with the customer service from this company. The cost was covered under my Reliance protection plan.

Our gas fireplace broke down on one of the coldest days in February. We rely on our fireplace as a main source of heat in our house ,in addition to a few electric baseboard heaters. Reliance was able to send a technician the same day. Robert #2704 arrived and was able to quickly make a diagnosis.He was polite ,friendly and professional.Robert went out of his way to make sure the correct parts were delivered and installed in a timely manner.Every company should be proud to have a "Robert".We will be happy to recommend Reliance home comfort to our friends and family.

Great work, thorough and very professional, my dad commented: i have never seen someone that good for years. Mr. Phung also provide great advice for maintenant as well and for sure would prefer he is coming back again.

Two service gentlemen came to service the furnace & humidifier. The work was excellent and very informing about our equipment. The two people were Peter 5278 & Dave 1618. I would like to be able to request these gentleman next time!!
