During our current cold snap Feb./15, our furnace broke down. Reliance Team Member Richard Schaadt (BEB 999) appeared within the promised timeframe, very quickly identified the problem, and after going out to obtain a new motor, completed the installation
within a short time. Richard was very knowledgeable and competent, and if in the foreseeable future we have to look at purchasing a new furnace, we would definitely like to request Richard to do the installation.
