We had our 12.5 year old water heater stop working and I called in to get a repair person to come to the house and they showed up within the agreed upon window of time. We were afraid that we would be told we had to replace the whole unit. When the repairman showed up, ( Philip Sirek ), he was pleasant and professional and he put on inside Booties ( without me having to ask ) to wear over his outdoor boots before we proceeded to the basement. Once there he quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me where the issue was. Thankfully he had the part in the van and he was able have everything back up and running with everything put away within 15 minutes of arrival. Great Job Phil and thanks again.

Upon discovering that we were without hot water, I put a call into Customer Service at Reliance. I was pleasantly surprised to land an appointment within 3 hours and even more so when the Technician (Craig Austin - #7213) arrived within 90 minutes. Craig immediately diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running 30 minutes later. He thoroughly explained what he was doing, as he was doing it, and double-checked a few additional things before wrapping-up the appointment. I found Craig to be very friendly, knowledgeable, clean and efficient. A true Pro! Thanks Craig, for the great job today.

I was very pleased by the service provided through reliance for my hot water tank. Service person name Gurmeet arrived on time and found the fault in no time. I was surprised when he told me that he has all the parts and hot water will be back in an hour. Exceptional service and very efficient.

I called late in the day about my water tank and reliance home comfort had someone out the next morning! Sergio's showed up and examined the situation and recommended a new tank. Within less then an hour or him being here another service person showed (Matt L) up with a new tank placed matts throughout my home to keep clean and had a new tank in and old one out within 30/40 min. I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism and punctuality!! Never thought it would have been so quick and no hassle or problems. Definitely recommend these two young men.

This review is mainly about our "home comfort advisor", Caitlin Forrest, who was a great help in getting us set up with a new furnace when we had no heat, ensuring that we got the best deal, and making sure that it was installed quickly. When we had a problem working the new system the following day and also ended up without heat, we contacted her and responded immediately, sending someone to resolve the situation ASAP. Very great experience with Caitlin Forrest as a representative of the company; she really does take "customer care" seriously.

We were asked by Reliance to meet with their representative to discuss replacing our furnace and AC. We had not thought of doing that, but that all changed when we met with Jayson. We were immediately impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the products he was recommending. We never felt pressured to change. Jayson arranged for the immediate replacement and the work was done just before our latest cold snap started. What a difference the new furnace has made. The whole house is warm not just the downstairs as it was before. I can't wait for the heat of summer to enjoy the new AC. I would recommend Reliance and Jayson to anyone.

Met with Jayson Newton who was the sales advisor, met with me at my convenience which was around 8pm due to my work schedule. Went over my current system. He then explained all the different options i have from renting to purchasing. Spent about 3 weeks getting different quotes. He came back and beat the best offer and even through in some extras. Overall he was very professional and answers all questions. Would recommend him to others.

Mark, Graeme and Skylar did a great job under very tough conditions. Putting in 3 units in one day especially the air conditioner in minus 28 degrees was tough but well handled by the TEAM. Thanks Gang
