Jason was great! He showed up at our door step faster than expected and not only did he assess the problem quickly, he solved it just as fast. I always applaud service like this as it is hard to find individuals as dedicated to their job as Jason. He completed work on our furnace just a few days ago and I've already recommended Reliance to a few friends in need. Thank you again Jason.

Late one February night, our water heater decided to call it quits and leak it's entire contents into our finished basement not once, but twice (even after turning the water off and purging the tank entirely). We ended up having to shut the water off to the house entirely at 4 a.m. After a few frantic calls over the early hours of the morning and being reassured that someone would be out we received a call from Ryan Clancy (#1808) letting us know he was on his way. Even though I was not the happiest camper due to lack of sleep, Ryan was pleasant and extremely helpful. He took the time to educate us on what caused the issue and even went above and beyond to give us some tips on how to ensure the cleanup process went smoothly. He was a complete professional and was in and out in what seemed like minutes. If we ever need someone to come out on a service call again, we would certainly be more than happy to see you! We called to Reliance Home Comfort they sent technian called Chad McDaid, very nice person and work professional so good and customer friendly. He checked all the tab and check and fix the water heating problem, Really I m recommend him as a Professional Heating person

Chris W. offered service that was efficient, clean & professional, with attention to my schedule. I would certainly recommend using this service again for any future work that needs to be done.

Alireza came out on a day when it was -30 degrees outside. His 'Good Morning' greeting told us that he was a very different service technician. In 15 years in Canada, I have not come across a person who is so polite, knowledgeable, explains what he fixes and stays behind to ensure that the furnace is back on. If he is assigned to my home whenever I have a problem next, honestly I would not mind the trouble I find myself in. Alireza will be greeted with open arms. Reliance, he is a keeper!

Our furnace completely stopped working (i.e. no pilot light) &, since we have the Reliance Home Protection Plan, we called Reliance. It took 3 phone calls & almost 24 hours for them to get someone in (on one of the coldest nights of the year so that was not good) but when Ian came late the next evening he had the furnace working in no time by replacing the thermostat. Ian went above & beyond, was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, professional & friendly. Ian has our heat and airflow working better than it ever has. Thank you, Ian!

The technician Bruce M. 3158 was very prompt, he called before he arrived, was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our furnace and gave us heat as I am in the middle of cancer treatment and feel the cold. I would definitely recommend this company and am pleased with the service.

Great service for a new furnace failure during the coldest days of the year (Feb 2015) from techs Ryan and Bryan M. Ryan found the main problem, but the furnace failed again due to another related issue. Bryan M came out very promptly after my call in the evening and got it right.

I had no hot water or heat so I called reliance to help me. Wesley came over and fixed my hot water quickly. He also checked my water taps to make sure I didn't have any freezing water lines. Thank you reliance.

Jody as a sales person was very good to easy my worries and cost was in reason. Daniel and Chris were excellent in their installation of the furnace and follow up was excellent
