When my furnace started making loud noises late last night, I called Reliance to see if it should be serviced right away. The girl at the call centre wasn't much help because a) I couldn't hear most of what she was saying, as there was something wrong with her phone b) she told me to shut my furnace off until the next day when it could be serviced (it was -37C all night) between 8am and 1pm. Today, while waiting for Reliance to arrive, my furnace stopped working completely. Once the technician arrived, my opinion of Reliance changed. Randy (#DAC 0924) found the problem immediately, explained the situation to me, and went to Reliance to see if the part I needed was there. He quickly came back with a part for a different model, which still worked with my furnace. Had he not found that part, since it is Saturday and Monday is a holiday, I would have been without a furnace for a few days. His service and expertise were greatly appreciated! I didn't actually have to pay anything, as I have a protection plan for my furnace.

In Feb 2015, our gas water heater was malfunctioning and we initiated a service call that morning. Within 4 hours, a technician named Kajan S arrived. He was polite, respected our privacy, very professional and approachable, called before his arrival and was extremely punctual. Our repair was done quickly and cleanly. His performance made for a great representation of Reliance.

Our new furnace and air conditioner were just installed. Much quicker than anticipated with less noise than expected. Our salesperson Jon and installers Matt & Leo are very professional.Great job

I had a issue with my furnace not working right, I called reliance and received prompt service. Dave S #1618 was very professional and helpful and fixed my problem quickly. Not only did Dave do the job but took some additional time to give me some hints on regular maintenance that would save me $ in the future. If I ever have a problem with my furnace again I will be sure to call reliance and hope that Dave would come out again. Thanks!!

Randy (#1042) came to the house as we had had a previous worker check the furnace as we weren't getting enough heat at the upper level of the condo. Randy replace the filter which was filthy and since his call we have really noticed a difference in the heat. Randy was extremely profession, well done.

Our furnace was not providing the heat that it is supposed to. I called Reliance and a technician, Alireza, was at our house the same day. He stated the problem and told us the parts would cost over $1000. He arranged for a sales rep, Darryl to meet with us later that day. He was very informative. We decided to install a brand new furnace. The very next day our new furnace, humidifier and thermostat were installed by Matt Brant and Nick G. They were very professional and took the time to answer our questions during the installation process. Our home is warm again thanks to the quick and efficient efforts by the four staff members we encountered from Reliance. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My furnace broke 2 nights ago and it's beyond repair status. This couldn't happen in a more worse case scenario with the wind blowing and the temperature outside dropping down to minus 30 with the wind chill factor. My family and I had to sleep 2 nights with sweaters, and thick pajamas and were toques inside the house. needless to say, I was in a tight spot. I did some research and calling and I decided to call up Reliance. Same day service someone came to my house. Mr. Darius Chichgur was a blessing. He came through with everything, even got our furnace installed the very same day the paperworks went through. He will highly recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you very much my friend, now we can sleep better and much more warmer on this upcoming long weekend that is suppose to be blistering cold. I couldn't thank Darius enough for getting us out of that tight situation. Thanks again. Excellent Service provided by Richard P. He is great at work and really polite and experienced at his work. He knows what he is doing. I would surely recommend him for this kind of job
