Coldest morning of the winter on Feb 15 (-23) awoke to no heat and a house temp of 14. Called Reliance Home Comfort and spoke to friendly answer service who said there could be a technician sent out between 8 am and 1 pm. Tech arrived by 8:30 and quickly diagnosed problem after several other tests as faulty gas valve . He left to pick one up at office in Burlington and returned quickly, made the installation, checked his work and made sure the furnace was operating perfectly before departure. He was very friendly and effecient with his time. He also answered questions I had in regards to setting your thermostat for night or daytime. We also had recently purchase the Reliance Protection plan for furnace and AC so this visit cost us $0. Well worth it! Highly recommend the company and David #1618 as a tech.

Mehul PatelI did a call as promised from reliance and he was here in the time he said he would arrive at what's time. Mehul was very friendly and courteous, he diagnose the problem in minutes and fixed it and now we have hot water.

Dean (Home Comfort Advisor) came all the way to Oshawa from London to help us choose a new furnace and air conditioner. He was awesome! Thank you so much for taking the time to explain everything to us.

It's the coldest day of the year and my furnace broke down overnight. Called Reliance at 7:30 am and the repairman Grayson was here at 9 am. He was knowledgeable, professional and very polite. He temporarily enabled the furnace but a part needed to be replaced. He drove to the warehouse and was back within half an hour to finish the job. He also did some extra maintenance on the furnace and gave me a few good tips. I was very impressed. Great service!

The hot water tank was not working yesterday. No hot water came out although I turned it to max. We came over to service my water heater and explained how my mixing valve was faulty. We'd explain what needs to be done for me and my family to have warm water again

our house was very dry and the humidifier on the furnace wasn't working. An appointment was made and a technical expert (Rick-0861) quickly assessed the situation and ordered the required replacement part (solenoid valve). When the part arrived another appointment was made and Jason-1342 installed it. He also explained the proper operation of the humidifier controls. Both technical experts were friendly and cleaned up the work area.

My old furnace was acting up in -15 temperatures so Craig, a Reliance tech, recommended a new more efficient system. Darryl Cherry came by, a fantastic very knowledgable Reliance sales person, who guided us through the process and took care of our needs and ensured that we got the right system at a great deal! Darryl and the team made the install fast and smooth!

Pat S. from Reliance fixed our furnace today on one of the coldest days of the season. Pat did a great job, was very courteous, and explained the work he was doing. He did a complete safety check after the work to ensure all was in order. Thanks Pat!!

My furnace died, 6pm -34 degrees outside. Help came in under 2 hours!!, he got the heat back working. New furnace installed 8am sharp the next morning !!! Fantastic service, John and Danny were AMAZING! Fast and organized. Even cleaned up afterwards ! Thank you John, Danny and Reliance !!

today we had a problem with having no hot water, called and we had a service specialist within 30 min. I found him to be very professional, personable and explained exactly what the problem was and explained what he would be doing to correct the problem. Westey certainly exceeded my expectations !
