    new furnace

    Don salesman very helpful.explained all the options available. Tim and Jayson arrived on time even though mon.feb.2 was the worst snow fall we had all winter,did a great job left everything neat and clean. Sure were 3 nice guys to deal with. Thankyou Susan Muxlow

    Hot water tank

    Josh Wynne installed my hot water tank. I was very pleased with the service I received. He was very professional and knowledgable about the equipment. I am very happy I switched to Reliance.

    Furnace

    Excellent service by Jason Silva #3007. Our furnace was down for 3 days and as soon as the furnace motor was delivered, Jason was in our place two hours early as the scheduled time and in a few minutes our furnace was fixed. He was very efficient and explained what needs to be cleaned/maintained in the furnace. Thank you so much Jason, your service was so much appreciated.

    water heater

    had a great experience from breakdown to new installation.Both Philip and Chad were great. they explained everything they were doing,great guys. I would recommend Reliance and Philip and Chad anytime.

    Rent/install HVAC and Water Heater

    My 17-year-old Reliance rental water heater needed to finally be replaced, and I considered buying instead. After a couple quotes "wow, that's serious $$" I decided to see what Reliance had to offer. The water tank rep Matt noticed my owned 20+ year-old furnace/AC and suggested I speak with the HVAC rep Jason about replacing it all at the same time. "Free" installation (ya, it's paid for via the rental) and included maintenance/emergency service was a big incentive and made the decision to move to a high efficiency rental furnace/AC easy. I'm a very "handy" type, so realize the latest tech is not home-fix-it anymore. Other than filters, you can't even buy the parts without a certification. The furnace/AC installation was fairly involved, all the sheet metal from eye-level down had to be pre-fabricated and significant on-site custom fitting done. Jeff and Dan had a friendly professional attitude and the install is tidy and functional. John installed the water heater after Jeff and Dan left, with the same level of skill and care. The workspace and walkways were left clean. Well done. Renting definitely costs more than buying... IF there are never any non-warranty repairs required. So like any "insurance" policy, the Reliance deal cost more money in return for peace of mind. We'll see how much the lower energy costs save us, but no big promises were made. A very positive experience from a very knowledgeable and professional group.

    Service - radiant heat system issues

    I had a leak in my radiant heat system. There was water for a large portion of my crawlspace. I called for service and they came out the same day. Even gave a 4 hour window and called before arrival. Our technician Jim was awesome (7181). He diagnosed the problem, provided options for the future and also gave good advice and answered our questions regarding potential upgrades to the system. Repairs were covered by our current service plan. Overall - very satisfied with service provided.

    Hot Water Tank Repair

    Chad McDaid was just as helpful and professional this visit as he was last September. He explained exactly what this issue was, how to repair it and what to watch out for. He also provided us great information about the furnace plans offered by Reliance, which we have already asked him to sign us up. Thanks Chad! Greatly appreciate the amazing customer service.     New furnace, air con & humidifier

    We are very pleased with our sales rep Darryl and the 3 installers Greg, grant & hakim. They were all very efficient and knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. We are also very pleased with special promotion you had on at this time.

    Furnace / AC Unit

    I was very impressed with Reliance as a whole, I especially was very thankful for all the assistance we received from Bill. He definitely went over and above. I would highly recommend anyone getting a furnace to Bill. Thank you Reliance. Keep up the great Work.

    furnace tune up

    Sean's visit was quite satisfactory, glad to hear that our furnace is in great shape. Sean gave me several tips for maintainance which I was grateful for. I appreciated that he showed up and was on time as we have been frustrated in previous years where for 4 appts we had 4 no shows and no calls to explain. Seems Reliance has pulled up their socks, glad to see it.
