Outstanding service by Bryan #3705. Reliance provides exceptional service advisors who are very professional. Service was for our Infinity Carrier system which had 'system malfunction' codes and Bryan was able to correct our system.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with the service from Reliance. Jon Eagle came to our home and explained our options to us. He was extreamly helpful, and not at all pushy.You can tell how much he loves his job, and he works hard to make the costumer happy and satisfied.The installers are just as great!! They were on time and got the job done! The quality of service from Reliance is amazing! Thank Jon Eagle :)

Have had the entire system, serviced by Reliance, furnace died AGAIN last evening...second winter this has happened, so two February evening in three years where the furnace died in the middle of our coldest time of year.....the tankless hot water heater sounds like a freight train when it heats water TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE PRODUCTS.....it is 58 degrees in the house......and I have 4 portable heaters dispersed through this tiny bungalow......waiting for service......they had to replace the furnace 6 weeks after it was installed......

Asif, team member #1464 provided 100% professional service. He took the time to explain all my options, and when he got down to the job, he explained everything he did and why he was doing it. He showed me how to do future maintenance myself so as to save on worry and expense. The company is lucky to have team members of this calibre. Well done, Asif! And thanks! Don

John #1485 arrived on time at 8:15 am on a Sunday morning. He was very efficient and answered all my questions with his expertise. He changed the water tank (which was quite large and had to be brought down a winding set of stairs) with no problems. I was very pleased with his professionalism and service work.

Our basement got flooded we placed a call to have the hot water tank checked up. Philp Sirek came on time and did a full inspection, found the problem, replaced a part and in a very short period of time we were up and running. Very pleased with his professionalism and know how. I am very satisfied with his work and I would definitely recommend him.

I have had no hot water for the past 2 days. After numerous calls to customer service assuring me a tech would call no one ever did. I'm just wondering what time frame does reliance deem acceptable with no hot water. My next water heater will be with another company who i called and was here within 40 min

i had called in the morning because my hot water wasnt working. Gabriel was fast effecient and very helpful. Good job. i will not hesitate to recommend him. thanks guys.

We had no hot water... on the snowiest day of the winter. Hannah (from customer service) and Chad (technician) helped us out and were very punctual and friendly despite what must have been a very hectic day. Chad had us sorted in about 15 minutes.
