Our furnace was flagged by Enbridge in the afternoon, and Alexander McCowan from Reliance showed up with in 2 hrs after the flagging. Alex was very polite and thorough. He verified the claims made by the Enbridge Technician and reconfirmed the problem that was reported by Enbridge.
Alex notified Matt Santos, who is a Home Comfort Advisor with Reliance, about our furnace situation and got us a same day appointment.
Matt showed up within time window that Alex provided us. He walked us through the different boons and banes of choosing different heating and cooling options provided by Reliance. He also shared the pros and cons of renting vs paying for the entire system. After listening and taking in all of the information, we decided to rent our new heating and cooling system.
Matt set up an installation for us for Monday morning. Looking forward to getting heat back again and trying to keep warm until then.
