I have been awoken by a noisy furnace every day at 3 am. Rick (employee 0861) cleaned my furnace, tightened the screws and secured the ventor that was making all the noise. He arranged for a new furnace quote and explained all of the rebates that were available to me through the government and as a Reliance client. Thank you for reassuring me and holding my hand through this whole process Rick!! Reliance needs more contractors like you.

Chad McDaid came to help us out because we had NO HOT WATER! He was kind and personable, and easily resolved our issue in no time. I would highly recommend the Reliance Service Team. They have been wonderful from the time the unit was installed, to our Service call today. Thanks so much Chad!

The Reliance service professional Vahid was a great representative of the Reliance organization. He was courteous, conscientious and personally followed up. We had an issue that required a new bracket that he didn't have. Vahid stayed in touch and fortunately for us did all the repairs. He mentioned some tips to properly maintain our furnace such as the filters. I would highly recommend Reliance in the future.

I was extremely impressed with the service that was provided to us. First the technician came in to attend to our issue. He realized that it was time for a new furnace. It was an expensive investment but it sure was the safest thing to do. Rodney (our sales agent) came to our place and explained the different systems to us. His knowledge was extensive but most of all, his kind demeanour and compassion was evident when he first came in. Followoing th installation, Rodney followed up with us to ensure that we were happy with the purchase. He came back a third time to check our thermostat and provided us with knowleldge regarding our Heat Recovery Ventilator which has been inactive for 8 years. Each time someone has come in to check our furnace, we were provided with false information regarding our HRV. Now after so many years, Rodney has assured us that we will get this working for you. Alireza Fazlali & Craig Austin - non functioning furnace on a night of -20 C. Alireza diag'd the problem ordered the part and had a temp fix and Craig came back the next day and installed the part and had it functioning like new again. Good Job guys !!!

I called about a leaking hot water tank about 3:30pm and a service man (Trevor team member #1953) was hear in less than half an hour. He confirmed the tank needed to be replaced and did we want it done now. I was shocked beyond belief to say the least but managed to say yes please. In the past I would have had to wait 2 or 3 days and 2 or 3 men to accomplish this. He brought the tank in from from his truck, by himself, hooked it up and removed the old tank, by himself. There was no puddles of water strewn through the house, which I've experienced before. Trevor was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Trevor was all done and out the door about 5:30pm.
