Jerry went out of his way to accommodate us. He drove to Cambridge, and removed a burner assembly from one of the water heaters in storage and installed it for us. Great job! Very friendly and respectful...give this man a raise!

I wanted to buy a A/C unit and the company said that I had to first rent and then buy-out. They told me verbally that they will give me 10 years parts and labour warranty. I signed the contract which they said that they will send it to me through an e-mail. When I opened the e-mail, it stated that there was only 5 years parts and labour warranty. I argued with them but they still refused to give me the 10 year warranty. After 4 months, I wanted to buy-out, they told me the amount and I paid by credit card. I asked them for a receipt to show payment confirmation. Instead of sending me a receipt for the A/C, they sent me an invoice for a water heater, which I never purchased. When I called them to let them know, they sent me another one for a furnace. I called them again to let them know that it is not a furnace. They sent another e-mail stating both a furnace and an air conditioner. I still have not received a proper e-mail. The company's customer service and care is very poor. I do not recommend to buy or rent any product. Only the company name is big but their service is unacceptable.

Sam - #1382 arrived reasonably on time and was very professional and friendly. He went right to work, resolved my problem in a timely manner and job was very well done.

Persistent problems with the humidifier but the last service man on Jan. 30/15 was prompt, professional, tiday and fast. Explained the problem and fixed it.. Would give a 10 score but history with this unit has been frustrating. Unit annoying, service man good.

Our water heater needed to be replaced quickly. Everyone we dealt with was efficient and polite. Someone came and inspected the water heater in the morning and it was replaced that afternoon. Justin M. removed the old heater and install the new one efficiently and was very professional and polite. Two thumbs up!

Worst customer service I've experienced (and yes, I've been with Bell and Rogers!) We didn't even need anything installed, it was just taking over an existing rental and it took a while to setup initially and they enrolled us in the product protection program even after I had said no (yet to be resolved)

We have lived at this address for 23 years and our furnace was at least 12 years old when we bought the house and I have been worried for awhile that the old furnace would quite some cold morning and cost us money that we may not have at the time . Saw their add set up an appointment and from there the job was very quick and efficient Aaron and Tyler came on time got the job done quickly and accurately cleaned up after themselves and explained everything to my satisfaction . A job well done :)

Hot water tank rental lost flow and temperature. Jim B. (Team member #352) came out on Friday , Jan 30th and fixed tank. Check valves were stuck. Little balls inside the piping was not floating (a common problem). He was great. Very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Would highly recommend him to anyone having problems with hot water tank

Paul W. #2060 of Reliance Home Comfort was very courteous and knowledgeable. He left us with very good advice on what to look for should the problem happen again so when we place another service call it will make the repair/adjustment easier.

Came home from vacation, heated water up and encountered water over flow. Matt came over first thing in the morning, assessed the situation thoughtfully, communicated professionally, and resolved the problem effectively. I am very satisfied with his service and remain a committed and happy customer.
