The whole experience was wonderful. Our meeting with Hamid to discuss the options we had to improve the comfort of our home. He was very knowledgeable about the products that were available to us. His team then came the next day to install the entire heart of the house, from the furnace to the tank-less water heater and air conditioner (installed in the freezing cold!). They were prompt, starting at 9am.The took care to prepare the house and didn't stop all day. And when they were done, you wouldn't have known they were there. They took the time to teach me about all the new equipment and how to make my home a more comfortable, breathable and energy efficient place to be. Thank you all very much!

I was very impressed with the thorough approach from the Reliance Techs who came to my home over the last two days. Working as a team, Bryan and his associate Greg identified why my rental water heater was not working and found a solution quickly to repair my heating system. They also identified a couple of small leaks in my plumbing which required a plumber to fix.

My furnace suddenly stopped working. I called Reliance and was pleased to get a service call on the same day. Jason gave timely and friendly service. I needed a couple of parts replaced including the motor. If I didn't have the home comfort plan I would have had to pay over a $1000 for the repairs. Instead I only paid $16.94 the cost of the plan. Thanks Reliance and Jason!

Woke up this morning to a freezing cold shower. I made the call to Reliance to arrange service between 10am and 2pm on the same day. Technician called me while on route at 10:35am. Andrew C. #1283 was on time, informative and very pleasant to deal with. Thanks again Andrew!!

Dave C #836 cam to my home on Jan 22 to repair my furnace. His customer service and quality of work was outstanding. He explained what needed to be repaired and then did the repairs. All the work was covered under my Protection Service program. Thank you! Reliance is a trusted partner in the maintenance of my home. i was always leary of purchasing any kind of extended warranty on my home furnace and a/c. Am i glad i did!! the people here in windsor at Reliance Home Comfort are awesome! Stressed out over a house potentially freezing one phone call to Reliance and one hour later the heat was back on.Kind thoughful staff and the price was just wright lol extended warranty..Thanks to all the team at Reliance Home Comfort!!!

Thursday we called and a tech named ken came friday. Didn't do anything and said he can't Fix it if it needs replacing. He would be back the next day with a new tank. Nobody showed up or even called the entire next day. Then I called to complain, and sunday the tech who came said he had no parts to fix it. And can't buy new ones on Sunday....so we went 4 days with no hot water! We were bathing ourselves and children At our neighbours house. Finally, Jason came with a tank and was quick and polite and finally got us set up. The last tech we had was amazing, the rest of our experience with this company was brutal, and I would not recommend.

We required a water heater replacement. Ryan (team member 2313) provided exceptional service. He went above and beyond- for example he moved the turn off valve to a level we could reach. Very courteous, polite and friendly, as well as clean.

Our furnace began making noise just before Christmas and not wanting a breakdown over the holidays we called Reliance. Jason (#3007) came and was very thorough in his assessment. He also made some very honest suggestions about what we should do. He arranged to have Rodney come to our house and explain our options. Rodney was very informative and offered our best solution. He followed up during the installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. He walked us through the difficult paperwork process required to satisfy rebate requirements and even afterwards as we were still having difficulty with air flow in the house he sent a technician who diagnosed and resolved a duct work issue. This completely resolved resolved our air flow issue. We have dealt with Reliance for many years and continue to find them friendly, honest and extremely reliable.
