Technician (Chris.B # 907) arrived on time as promised and the service was speedy and of excellent quality. The technician noticed one of my vent pipes was cracked and he quickly made the repair and also set the water heater to the appropriate temperature. The technician also went above and beyond and discussed other rental services that reliance offers and gave me a discount coupon and arranged for a sales rep to call me in order to further discuss my possible options to rent both furnace and air conditioning in the future. Much appreciated! Top Notch service!

I booked an appointment for an HVAC & Furnace inspection which was performed by a very customer focused technician by the name or Richard Knicely. He took the time to explain some of the features on the thermostat. The cost to make sure that the furnace is running efficiently without being defective even though it is only a year old sets my mind at ease.

Your service person Philip Sirek come to my home promptly this morning reviewed with me the system and ended up decided at this time to keep my existing rather than going to newer version.Was pleased with his honest and look forward to many more years working with Reliance as my provided Philip was very cordial and professional Thank you

I called Reliance and booked a service call for my water tank. The first tec, came early and exchanged the fan and removed the tube from the tank. It worked and than the next day hate water was getting cold again while I was taking a shower, I called and they send me a tec, Philip that day now it's Monday and he explained the problem and looked after it and he thank me for being a reliance client,

I woke up without hot water. Called the company who sent West who came as soon as possible. He knew what was wrong and fixed the tissue really fast. We are impressed.

My hot water heater stopped working. The Service Tech John was Great called to let me know he was on his way and when he was done installing the new water heater he explained how to use the temperature dial. He then discussed some piece of mind options that Reliance offered. I was very impressed with his work ethic as this was the first time that I never had a mess to clean up once the repairs were done. Keep up the great work!

Called in as my home was dry and humidifier wasn't installed properly by the people who first installed it (A Plus). Called Reliance at 8:30AM, they were at my house within 2 hours and indeed confirmed it wasn't set up right. Adam from Reliance wired it up properly, made sure it was hooked to the blower so it would maintain humidity even without the heat running, relocated the control panel to a more suitable location, and verified the wiring of the furnace and HRV. I use a Nest thermostat and they knew how to make sure it was set up right as opposed to many 'old school' contractors who snub their nose at anything with a screen and instantly blame that. It's nice to work with an HVAC company that lives in this decade. Reliance is definitely my go-to HVAC company now. Thanks guys and gals!

Barry went the extra mile to get us a efficient new system at the best price. He visited our house several times to answer our questions, and stayed in contact by email to follow up. He understood that this was a big purchase for us and that we wanted to be sure we understood clearly what we were getting for our money. He was unfailingly pleasant and informative. Barry also has a great relationship with the installers, and not just because he brings coffee and doughnuts. He clearly respects them and their work.

Coldest day of the year & our old furnace died (ac was not far behind). Reliance came out, evaluated and installed new system. Installers were wonderful, quick, efficient & cleaned up very well. Cost comparison done with others & pricing was competitive.

We had a great visit from Jon Eagle, who pointed out the advantages of purchasing a furnace and air conditioner package at this time.The Reliance installers were professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the workmanship of all concerned.
