    repair water heater

    Dave Aldridge employee ID CBA2112. Dave was very courteous, punctual. He went out of his way to make sure that my tenants not have to go without hot water for dishes and showers and baths. He went to get the part for the water heater and was back within 10 minutes. I did not have to pay as I have the protection plan that I pay for monthly. owner Linda J Leslie

    Furnace

    I called Reliance when my furnace broke down on January 15 2015. Before I had a chance to sit back down the service rep Gabriel was already at my door. Gabriel was very helpful, informative, and provided me with all the information I needed. My furnace is fixed, and I would not think twice to call Gabriel back to help me with any of my future problems.

    furnace repair

    We received excellent service from Jason (1839) who repaired our furnace this morning. However we had to wait on hold for 45 minutes before getting through to report the problem. We have had similar waits (more than 30 minutes) each time we have tried to phone Reliance. The "Your patience is appreciated" message repeated frequently is annoying. The lady who eventually answered the phone was polite, courteous and helpful. I suggest you reduce the wait time. The rest of Reliance's services are very good.

    New Furnance and Central Air

    I called Reliance knowing them from when I used to rent before and my landlord dealt with them. Wonderful service and quick appointment. Donna Ingratta the lady from Reliance came out and looked at our furnance. We then sat down and she thoroughly explained all the different packages and how much rental is and the benefits as well as answered all our questions. I feel she went way and above her duty and she was so patient and kind considering my dad barely speaks and I had to translate the second day she came to fill out all the papers and get our booking. My dad being himself just threw out a question to ask her boss a question and she did even though she didn't have to and my dad got what made him happy all because she was nice enough to ask. She also brought us some heaters and came out of her way back again us not being so close to her travels and dropped them off to make sure we were all warm and comfy till the installation. I feel she knows the products and every detail about every package and brand. She answered every question with no hesitation. If the highest is only 5 I wish I could give her a 10 +++. She is a pleasure to deal with. A breath of fresh air, smart and kind and goes way and beyond her job to make you as the customer so comfortable. It has been a pleasure working with her. I bugged her with so many calls and questions and she was always right there to answer and did it with such professionalism and patience.If anyone is lucky it's us for having Donna as representing Reliance. You Reliance have a very dedicated lady as an employee I will refer anyone who needs anything you have to Reliance and pass on her card and number. Donna deserves the best. Thank you Donna it has been wonderful working with you keep up your excellent job. You were the best person anyone can ask for to deal with. Reliance should be honored to have you as part of their team.

    Furnace Repair

    Woke in the morning with the furnace not functioning at all. A quick check of the error codes after resetting the furnace indicated an ignition problem. Jason (1342) showed up nice and early and had the furnace up and heating the house with-in 10 minutes. Thanks Jason.

    Water Heater Replacement

    Canadian Comfort Solutions were on time, reliable and very professional. They completed my water heater replacement in 3 hours as estimated. They also went above and beyond what was required. Some of my water lines were installed incorrectly and they fixed it at no cost. It just shows how professional they are and that the customer always comes first. I would recommend them to my friends and family, AAA service. The technicians were Helder and Russ. Crew ID: RCKSA008. Gentlemen, Thanks for an exceptional installation.     heating and airconditioning

    Tim Bartz has been readily available and visited the home twice to discuss best options.Ken and the other man installed our furnace quickly, efficiently and I appreciated their courtesy in explaining everything and making sure I was warm and comfortable during the instal as I was ill .The grant site I found confusing with no clear direction about airconditioner to be installed in Spring. Tim directed us to Kassandra at the office who was great and quickly explained what to do. I received a quick reply to my questions and excellent service from everyone at Thunder Bay Reliance Home Comfort in Thunder Bay and have no problem recommending them.

    Furnace repair

    This rating is based on the most recent service call I received, and the rating is so high because of the amazing technician Ian. He showed up in the expected time, was very friendly, polite, and respectful-even shaking hands with my teenagers. He worked efficiently and quickly to get the heat restored. After this, he proceeded to thoroughly check all other components on the furnace, explaining everything. Your company should recognize what an amazing asset you have in service people such as this! He certainly was knowledgable and helpful. His high standard of customer service and integrity should be recognized, as he represents your company in an exceptionally positive way. Thanks again for your high standard of work, and professionalism.

    Furnace, Air Conditioner & Humidifer Installation

    In the summer I phoned Reliance to arrange for an Advisor to assess our current climate control needs since our existing high efficiency furnance was 20 + years & still working ok but possibly could be more energy efficient, to provide options and quotes so we could review the information and compare it with other providers and determine our next steps. Wow! what a positive experience. Our Home Comfort Advisor for Reliance, Scott Brenzil, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous in providing the highest level of customer service from the initial inquiry call, through the actual installation and the ongoing follow up inquiries. Scott determined the most appropriate equipment for our needs and took the time to explain, in simple language, the attractive & affordable pricing, current promos that were available and financing options offered through Reliance. He was patient and always responsive to the myriad of questions that we posed throughout and after the install. Once the decision was made, he assisted us with the arrangements for the installation, was on-site to ensure a smooth and timely install and provided great follow up to insure our satisfaction with both the product and the service, The install technicians were also very polite, well informed and great problem solvers in the retrofit to the existing duct work, new venting, etc. They used drop clothes and protective shoe coverings, answered all our questions, made sure we knew how to operate the equipment and thermostat before they left and removed all materials and even tidied up after themselves. Any questions after the install were handled quickly and effectively by the Reliance Call centre and followed up by Scott as well. Our only real challenge was with the Nest thermostat that was included - after multiple calls to Reliance and Nest, it was determined that the app was not supported by BlackBerry. Otherwise, we were pleased with the very professional, friendly and efficient service provided by Reliance and the outstanding commitment to customer care and follow up provided by our Advisor Scott Brenzil. Would definitely recommend Reliance for such work and their caring attention to the needs of homeowners.

    New Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Our Furnace and Air Conditioner we getting a little older. We called Dean Timpany from Reliance over to our home on the recommendation of our son. Dean was excellent in explaining our homes needs, why our homes wasn't getting even heat and cooling and why our bills were so high. After allowing Dean to explain everything throughly and answering all our questions we were certain the rental system he outlined was the best option for our needs. Thanks Dean, Reliance and your installers for a job well done.
