Sam Demelo was very pleasant and repaired the water heater quickly and efficiently. Sam explained the process and brought back hot water to our home. We are very happy with the service especially Sam.

I was really happy with the service that I received from Rescom Home Comfort. My water heater replacement only took about an hour. Stan and Chris were very professional. They very quickly took the old tank out and brought the new tank in. While one drained down the tank, the other was outside removing the old ventilation and replacing it with new. Thank you so much.

Chloe , the Customer Service rep from Reliance was very informative, professional and efficient. She explained all the procedures and ongoing costs to me for a new rental. An appointment was set up and their technician, Sam, completed the installment. He was pleasant, professional, efficient and completed the work quickly. He took steps to keep my hall, stairs and the surrounding work area clean. I would definitely recommend Reliance ahead of other suppliers I have rented hot water tanks from in the past.

We had a call for a service because of a squealing coming from the furnace and the next morning at 2am the furnace stopped working. Worried because it is an old furnace the reliance advisor that showed up was helpful extremely helpful and knowledgeable, specially with it being old. Brent (1414) didnt try to sell us something that we don't need. A blower and a cleaning was all it needed. Very happy with reliance.

Was easy to schedule service call and even had to reschedule once. Tech call ahead to confirm his arrival and did a through job and offered some tips for the furnace to run problem free Mike Zevallos was polite and recommend him and reliance to anyone

Furnace,air conditioner,water heater have now been installed and everything is working great.Everything has been first class since we met Zuzana and all employees that did the installation were also first class.Work was done neatly and cleanup was superb.Would definitely recommend Reliance Home Comfort...

great service with courtesy. Went above and beyond to resolve issue. Called ahead, picked up parts same day as was without heat. Would recommend Reliance to family and friend as they provide a phenomenal service.
