Gary, the Home Comfort Advisor for Reliance was very professional in our project of replacing our furnace and air conditioner. The pricing was very reasonable for quality appliances. He scheduled and managed the installation in a timely fashion, and Technicians Mike and Randall did the installation in a timely and professional manner as well. All were very personable and great to work with. We absolutely recommend Reliance for a project.

After an excellent tune up on my existing furnace I was encouraged to speak with Darius Chichgur about upgrading. Darius accommodated my busy schedule and met with me soon after. He was informative and did an excellent job in helping me understand the value of the additional investment. I purchased the rental of a new furnace on the spot and Darius then got me a next day installation scheduled. I am very impressed with the sales and service of this company and looking forward to my new furnace!

January 20 AT 5:30 I realized that the furnace was not working. I called in and found your customer service excellent! I believe her name was Meghan. My apologies if this is not correct. Our technician phoned before coming out and once on site assessed the problem quickly and had us up and running in no time. His name was Alex -team member 3028. It is very stressful to have your furnace go down. Your staff was very re-assuring and calming. I sent a text to all my friends that evening and told everyone in the office. What a great experience. Thank you Reliance!

We had a new furnace installed because our old furnace died. Home reliance came same day and had the furnace installed the next day,which was much appreciated because it was really cold. Its been three weeks since it was installed and we had to call three times to get service out because of the low pressure switch light keeps coming on the thermostat. During the 3rd time they have said that they will have to replace the part. This is worry some that its a brand new unit and we had to call service 3 times. I'm scared its a lemon all that money for a "better quality furnace". The furnace is a GOODMAN GMVC96 high efficiency. Lets see how the replacement goes. I will keep you posted. The Reliance Service staff have been great and the Service Technician is at our home within 3 hours.

Service completed on the day the call was made; Quick service despite two trips required; Leland #0940 was a very pleasant serviceman; good experience despite luck of heat. Highly recommended.
