I called Reliance around 2:30 pm over a leaky water tank (installed early 2000, rental unit); I had a technician sent within 45 minutes of my call;Paul F(technician) timely and efficiently replaced the water tank and bring up to code the installations (venting, pipe, etc). I must add he was very professional, polite and tidy. The cost we incurred was due to the new safety regulations on water tanks, or else it would be covered under warranty.

Ryan Henry, the Home Comfort Advisor for Reliance was extremely helpful during the entire process of replacing our furnace and air conditioner. Ryan worked with us to get our credit approved, and managed the entire process of getting our furnace and air conditioner installed, from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with our service from Ryan and Reliance Home Comfort!

We invited Reliance to come for an assessment of our systems. Dean Timpany arrived right on time! He reviewed our systems and answered all of our questions - and even some we didn't ask but should have! He is extremely knowledgeable and we felt extremely comfortable with him the entire time he was here. His explanation of options and costs and what would work for our home were very clear and honest. We were very impressed with Dean and will be sure to recommend him to friends and neighbours! We agreed to install a new heating and cooling system and to the rental program offered. The technician (Stephan F) was friendly, one time, and very helpful. He explained to us what the problem was and did the necessary repairs, which was not a small job. The repair was done very quickly and the technician stayed to make sure the furnace was working properly. I would definitely recommend Reliance to everyone. They have constantly provided quick, efficient and timely service.

The repairman arrived 3 hrs early called first to find out what was wrong with hotwater tank ,makling sure of the location of our home ,and what parts he needed for repair .He arrived ,after introduction he explained problem and we went down stairs and he did the repair and had us going in no time ,it is repair techs like this person is why we have the insurance can always depend on excellent fast SERVICE and very knowleagable ,polite, and courteous interactions another job very well done.Thank You very much

Furnace broke down resulting in me having to call reliance home comfort. Later that day there salesman Sean came to my home informing me of my options. A true professional with expert knowledge and advice, the furnace was installed the next day.

I called Reliance in the A.M. 0n 01/20/15 to have my rental water heater checked. It was last pressure tested in 1991. An employee was dispatched for a 2:00 p.m. appointment. His assessment was that the water heater has served its purpose! There was nothing wrong with it, but he said it is time to replace it! At 4:00 p.m. another Reliance employee was dispatched & removed the old one, than had the new water heater installed & ready to go at 5:15 p.m. Now that is GOOD SERVICE!! Thank You. After arriving home following a 2 week out of town trip, when I walked through the front door of my house it was 6 degrees Celsius. I made a quick call to Reliance and had Brent onsite within 30 minutes. He found the issue immediately and was gone within 20 minutes with heat running smoothly again. I can't express my gratitude for his quick, professional work and friendly service! All customer service needs to work in this fashion!!

9.5y old furnace producing no heat. Cheapest diagnostic ($89). Came same day w/in 4hr window given and this was in the evening. Tech was friendly & knowledgeable, provided decent explanation of problem.

I have always found Reliance to be more than helpful! We have used their services for quite a few years now and I have always had great experiences. For this service we had no heat and technician Chris B came to fix the water pump. He was friendly and courteous. Thanks Chris!
