My hot water heater control panel stopped working properly and within 12 hours a repairman was there to fix the problem. Not only did he replace the panel but explained other issue that may happen and explain what to do to repair the issue myself if it is repairable and what to do in certain situations. Mr. McDaid was incredible professional, knowledgeable and competent. I would have no problem recommending the company to a friend based on my experience with mr. McDaid.

Ken Hill did a great job. Polite, efficient and pleasant in his work. Ken was able to identify the problem and fix it with ease. His seems comfortable in the role of customer service.

Reliance came out to check my furnace right away. Next day I had a new furnace. Everything worked out great. Christine the salesperson came out right away and got me set up with a new furnace and a new air conditioner in the spring. Very knowledgeable.

I had no heat working from my furnace my house was cold in the middle of the night, so I called Reliance they sent quickly the next day, Robert to fix the problem. Robert was a very polite answered all my questions I asked and also was sufficient and quick with the service he did on my furnace and did a great job! He suggested ways to save on other future problems by giving me information and advice about my furnace and what to do if I get any problems like this once again! overall I really liked how he was very professional, communicative and patient!

Have had a furnance and air conditioner installed 4 years ago and have had water damage 4 times.3 Times due to contracter installation and once due to pump failure.Had Amber to the house today 1620 very knowlegable to replace pump.I was very surprised Reliance had female repairperson I have to give reliance a thumbs up on that !! Just wondering if reliance will stand behind there quarantee and help me repair the damage.

Chris B (#907) diagnosed my issue quickly. He was very courteous and efficient. He even wore slip-on booties so he didn't track dirt in. Will call them in future :)

Needed a furnace, ours quit, called reliance Spence came out within the hour, helped us out, got us money from the government and took care of our needs. We had the furnace go in the next day with their excellent install team, very professional, we rented as well, peace of mind

Christine Renaud was prompt and very good at explaining what is available, how it would price out. What to look for as far as energy conserved, reduced cost on billing. She covered all my questions and capably and quickly wrote up a contract. I was confident I made the right decision on this major purchase following her sound advice. My request to get a second copy of the contract was done swiftly as I needed to send it off for a rebate. Thanks and Kudos Christine.

We had to replace our furnace this year and we decided to do the works! Jill Taylor was the rep I dealt with and she was FANTASTIC! She helped us get a great deal and made me feel very relaxed through the whole process! We highly recommend both the Kingston Reliance and Home Comfort crew and especially suggest if you can deal with Jill you do!! The people they had come into the house laid down carpet, did a great job installing, and cleaned everything up before they left! (They even helped me move my washer and dryer, and hooked it up for me before they left) Oh and they fixed a leaky hookup in my basement for my sink!!! Couldn't have been happier with the service!
