As I had recently renovated a home I had just bought, I preferred to pay for a new furnace over a two year period. Reliance offered this option which was great. Jon Eagle, Reliance's Home Comfort Advisor, was excellent in helping me look at all my options and organizing things so that my furnace was installed the very next day. The two men team who installed the furnace, Matt Walker and Leo Saunders, were also excellent. The job went quickly and smoothly with no mess during or after as they removed the old furnace and took it away, and installed the new. I am now sitting warm and cosy in my home even while it's -20 outside!

I called Reliance when our furnace was not working (on one of the coldest days this year). Originally one technician came, but when he discovered some disturbing CO numbers he immediately called in another tech to ensure that his testing machine was actually working correctly. We were VERY glad that he did this because his machine was correct and between the both of them they were able to not only fix the original problem, but they saved us a lot of extra money and safety concerns by finding this other problem as well. By them doing a very thorough check of the entire system they found the CO problem and rectified. We are extremely happy with these two technicians. Their team member numbers were 0480 and 091. Had problems with water heater..was making so much of noise..but reliance sent an expert Sam Demelo ( # 1382 ).He did a perfect job and now my water heater is working without even a little noise.

The technician showed up on time, inspected the furnace and informed me about the results of the inspection. Very professional. Everything was explained to me. Feeling much more comfortable about the condition of my furnace.

We decided to rent our new furnace and A/C Nov. 2013 and Jeff Parsons advised we would save considerable money. I just compared my 2013 and 2014 Gas & Hydro bills and he was right. Saved $443.77 on Gas and 148.10 on Hydro. This gentleman certainly knows his business and the installation was clean and neat. Love the new thermostat that allows me to control heat or A/C any time and having the whole house a comfortable temp. and not just one room. Very pleased with Reliance service and personnel.

Rental hot eater tank ( 10 years old ) was leaking. I called in the morning for service and as promised the tech arrived on time. He did an excellent job replacing the old unit,was very courteous and professional , he also was very careful with his work. His name is Paul F. and I thanked him for the good work. Came home from a Caribbean vacation, and there was no heat in the house, so I called Reliance, and was told a technician would be there within four hours. Jason (team member # 3172) came in...checked the furnace...changed some parts, and I am heating-up again. Thanks Jason.

I had problem with water tank and it happen almost every day so I called reliance technician ( Otto ) employee#rnt2602 he fixed the problem and I'm very satisfied with reliance , thanx Otto .

My Clare furnace had finely hit the bucket and I was in the cold for two days...Tim had to find scrap parts to set me up with some mode of heat until George came and signed up for a SmartAir 2000 furnace..that got installed within hours of need. Smart and Efficient those guys with the bubble van or the greatest. George sent two guys John and Ryan to do a fast and courteous installation...and they past the test for knowledge and extra care in their workmanship...Reliance #1
