our furnace was running very loudly; we called to have it serviced and Alex (3028) showed up within a few hours of the call. He determined very quickly that the vent motor needed to be replaced. He took care of the issue quickly and professionally. He represented Reliance very well!

There is no hot water in the early morning when I get ready kids for school. I made call call around 9 am. Service man Wes came over around 1.30 he cleaned under the water heater and cleaned the sensor. He also explained how the mixing valve works. Excellent job relience!

Philip, our tech was very polite, courteous and knowledgable. He took the time to explain the need for our vent replacement and safety concerns. Part ordered now and hope the next tech to install the part is as nice as Phil was. Thanks!

after making the decision to purchase a new furnace we decided to go with reliance one of the reasons was they rent to own and we are so happy we did jeff moore came to the house to talk to us and put us right at ease we did not feel pressured into anything he treated like we were not just a sale which was very refreshing it was more like talking to a friend once we agreed to buy one he answered all our questions and concerns we are very confidant we made the right decision .thanks jeff

The installers were on site when we expected them to be here and they worked hard throughout the day to finish the job. Our Sales Rep Dean Timpany was professional and helpful with our decision to rent a new system. I am sure we will save on our heating and cooling costs now. to help pay for the rental costs.

I have booked an appointment for replacing the old water heater with a new one on Jan 7, 2015 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Two technicians Mehul Patel and Phil can at around 6:30 pm and finishes the work by 8:15 pm. Both are very professional, courteous and friendly, they installed, cleaned and explain me everything. This is the best service I have received from Reliance and these two technicians so far. I wish both of them Good Luck. I am very happy with their work. Thanks Phil and Mehul

Furnace serviceman, Chris, was on time and very polite. Was not happy with furnace install, said if this was his house he would not like it. Had supervisor also inspect install. Could not correct install himself - did not have necessary parts or required specs. Reported to Installation manager to have install corrected, with pictures and description. Installation manager arranged for do-over next day.

Chris Z. and Dan B. came to replace the old dying furnace at my rental property. They came the day after I called, and so far no more "no heat" calls from the tenants. It was very easy to sign up for the rental program too.

Screwed again by contracted services from Reliance! -15 outside, furnace down 24+ hours, pay for service monthly, called in, asked from Reliance employee, guess what got contractor, furnace still not working demanded Reliance repair now fixed, will not pay for 3 months of paid services not delivered
