We were having problems with our furnace every since Reliance installed the AC unit. After over 4 techs, Mario Cirelli was the only tech that took the time to figure the cause. HVAC was not connected properly to motherboard. Thx Mario.

My furnace broke down on the coldest night of the year. Called Reliance at 7:00 am and a Technician was at my house by 10:00 am. Bill was very professional and thorough. He had my furnace running perfectly in 1hr. He drove to Burlington to pick up the part that we needed and came right back and installed it. All at no cost to us due to our system protection plan for which we pay $16.00 a month. Well worth it since this repair would have been between $400.00 and $600.00. Very happy with the prompt and honest service. Highly recommend everyone to have the protection plan from Reliance.

our water heater breakdown and they cannot fix it they send technician for 3 times and until now it is not yet fix we hot not have hot water for 2 days

Today I called Reliance at 11:30 and the company scheduled a visit right away to 3:00. Tom came to explain us Reliance plans, options and promotions and we got pretty happy with his professionalism and offers. We are going to pay it per month. Tomorrow morning we are going to put a new heater, air conditioner and tank less water system. Thank you Tom.

3 men, team 1147, Josh,Alex. & Joe B. Arrived on time, worked fast, cleaned up all the mess. All were polite, courteous,friendly, did a wonderful job, took time 2 talk 2 us, showed us what they were doing while installing, showed us in detail how 2 work things. Very nice men, did an excellent job, we r very satisfied on their workmanship.

I have to admit your representative was an awesome help! My water heater was down but, not for long because Medul Patel showed up and quickly resolved the situation! Thanks again bud!

I requested service from Reliance on our furnace and a technician was dispatched the following day and also notified ahead when he would be expected. The technician Dave, Team Member #1133 was customer orientated, very knowledgeable and serviced the furnace with expertise. We are on the service maintenance plan and incurred no cost for the repair. Thank-you for your dedicated service.

Philip Sirek was the technician that came to service the hot water tank and he was very professional, efficient and courteous. The issue we had with the water tank was resolved within minutes. My husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received. Thank you Philip!

Reliance provide fast and reliable service. Our heater was not working, they send Tech: Stephen F to fix for us. He stay till 12AM to make sure everything is fixed. Best Service Ever.
