A snow storm is coming and there was no heat in the house. I called Reliance Home Comfort and John Saliba, a service technician came. He told me that a part need to be replaced but basing on the age and condition of my furnace, its better to get a new one. I agree with him because I really wanted a new high efficiency furnace but my budget is kind of tight.
He referred me to Brendan Murray, a Home Comfort Advisor. Brendan showed me several units available as well as financing and rental options. He was not pushy and so understanding of my needs and situation. He then arranged the installation of the unit as soon as possible and called John Saliba to cancel my previous diagnostic fee.
Despite the snow storm, the installation team arrived and installed my new high efficiency furnace. Now I have my heat back.
