Very pleased with Barry the service rep that came to troubleshoot our old furnace, he was very knowledgeable. I was not entertaining the idea of replacing our old one and he was willing the fix whatever was wrong with it. I'm not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to repairs or replacements and he was extremely professional and took the time to explain how everything worked. Did end up replacing it. Installation crew (Joe and Jacob S) did a very clean installation for the new one.

This review is about *Tech: RNT2602 OTTO not about Reliance as a company. (the tech was great the company I will never work with again). Otto came out to my property to move a water heater so I could have the foundation behind it fixed. He was speedy and even requested the call back so he could put the heater back on the wall after the repairs were done. Otto was very speedy and understanding of my difficult situation.

Extremely dissatisfied with service from Reliance sub contractors. Pleased with service from In House technicians. Since Feb. 2014 the original installation date of the furnace and April 26th the date of the A/C we have made at least 12calls to have issues with our A/C, furnace and humidifier fixed. The A/C unit after 7 calls including 1 no show never cooled our house . We made 4 calls this week re our furnace. Although our furnace/humidifier issue is now resolved, we were not impressed with the sub contractor that never showed up between 7-11 p.m on Monday Dec. 8th. I guess we will wait until the summer to find out if our A/C in fact cools our house.

Daniel and Chris were great. They installed both the new furnace and the air unit for us with such ease and care. Very professional and answered all our questions regarding the units.

Kajan Skandakumar was an amazing person from reliance who helped us fix our problem. He was very friendly and gave us excellent advice on taking care of our water tank. I would recommend this company to any of you out there if help is needed

I am a home owner in Brampton my furnace stop working last night. I call Reliance to come to my house and check it up. After 2 hours a service technician came his name is Stephen he gave us a great service offered us all the products related to our problem and answer all the questions he had about our furnace. Great service thank you Stephen....

We recently purchased a home & in order to have our home insurance cover us we we're required to replace the furnace within 60 days. My husband booked an appt with Reliance Home Comfort online, they were at our house within 4 days. We were able to have our furnace and a/c installed the next day. We had Josh, Alex & Joe come Saturday morning, they were very professional and knowledgable about the product they were installing. They laid carpeting down from our front door to where the furnace was being installed to protect our floorring. Everything was cleaned up before they left and they gave us a thorough in service on the furnace & thermostat. We received a call that evening to make sure we were satisfied with our installation and to ask if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend Reliance

Thank you very much, Otto. Very professional and knowledgeable on his trade. Very efficient; it took him just 5 minutes to replace the parts and he waited for another 5-10 mins to ensure that everything is working. great job.

I discovered a leak in the pipe to my water heater. I called the Reliance line and spoke to a lovely person who assured me that someone will be out that afternoon to fix it. Sure enough, the gentleman came and took care of my problem. He was amazing! Courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for such wonderful service!

Today I received a furnace repair service by Stephen from Mississauga. I am very pleased and very impressed by Stephen as he arrived at my home within 30 minutes of placing a call. The quality of work was outstanding and I will recommend this service and protection plan (which we have) from reliance.
