    Furnace problem diagnosis and repair

    Furnace kicking out periodically. Reliance person spent lots of time diagnosing problem, investigating alternative solutions, and fixing problem. Service was prompt, repair person friendly and willing to explain what he was doing throughout. Top-notch service.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Technician came first thing in the morning, right when the dispatcher had said he would arrive (8:00 AM). He was friendly and expedient! The hot water tank was replaced in less than an hour, and the old, rusted one was packed up and shipped out. Technician's name was John, 10/10 excellent service.

    Furnace rental with opt to buy out

    November 22, 2014 Lina Alviar the sales person was amazing. She arrive earlier than expected and discuss fully the need to replace the furnace. How much savings i can get if i have an HE furnace. She is well verse on what she offering. She answer all my questions and concern. She answer my e-mail and call me back on my phone. She was there during the installations and making sure everything is ok. She is an amazing sales person, one of a kind. She make sure you are very much satisfied on what you bought and make sure they there to support you on any issues you have. i hope you got lot's of this kind sales person. i gave here a grade of 10 (extremely satisfied) and I was very much satisfied also for the 2 installers. Hope you got lots of this customer oriented employees. Keep up the good work!

    emergency furnace repair

    I have a maintenance contract with Reliance for heating and air conditioning that includes yearly inspection of same. The inspection of my furnace was completed on October 29th. On December 2nd I noticed that there was no heat. The emergency service tel. number on the furnace informed me that there was a problem with the number and that i should call back at a later time. Some service! I could only speak to a human by calling the main Reliance number and working my way through the prompts. Finally I settled on Booking inspection appointments and I was told that no one could help me that day but that an appointment would be booked for December 3rd. That morning Barry Greer from the Kingston office, who did such a fine job in repairing the furnace the last time it quit arrived after cleaning some things and rearranging hoses to ensure that condensation would not collect anymore to cause problems. Repairman Greer is a huge star. The last inspection could have been more thorough. Reliance really needs to work on its emergency procedures and response. The email communication after the appointment was made was also excellent. Thanks again to Barry Greer. He is thorough and effective.

    new furnace

    Yearly inspection of furnace found it to been unsafe to heat our home. Tech Ryon had to tag furnace unsafe. He was very courteous. He called Jody from Reliance who attended and arranged for a new furnace to be installed next day.Adam from Nauss plumbing installed new furnace (good job ) Reliance manager Shon attended everything OK. I was VERYSATISFIED

    Furnace Maintenance

    After just changing our floors from carpet to hardwood, we wanted our furnace checked and filter changed. Steve Bowden came for the service call and gave us many additional tips to help increase air flow, decrease heating costs, and suggestions about buying filters for the furnace. We were very pleased with his service and friendly, helpful advice.

    Furnace Tune Up

    Re: Mr. Jason Silva (employee #3007)- Perfect job! I am pleased to write the following words with regards to the very pleasant visit of Reliance Home Comfort representative who serviced the furnace at my home today. Jason was not only professional, knowledgeable and skillful but also friendly and patient while answering all my questions. Not only he tuned up the furnace but in addition he advised me on safety of furnace and water hater usage which I greatly appreciate. I will highly recommend Jason as he brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, exceptional communication skills and who is also a great person to deal with. I am very happy and thankful.

    Funace replacement

    Lina Alviar, my Reliance sales rep did an amazing job when I had to get my furnace replaced. She follow up and made sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. Jason and Dillon done a great job with the install and were very professional.

    very satisfy the way the gentleman explain every thing. very knowledgeable and promote all the safety that we will be having with the maintenance plan. I will recommend the plan to my friends and family
