Change of Gas Valve
We had a problem with our hot water - none. Called Reliance late last night and was greeted with a professional voice on the other end. She said somebody could come out the next day between 1-5. Sure enough a service advisor came out, at the specified time. Rare to hear and almost rare to experience.
He was a very knowledgable individual. Philip Sirek diagnosed the problem in a second and proceeded to repair the issue. I even got a few pointers on what to look for. The whole job was done professionally, efficiently and pleasantly. Thank you Reliance for employing a great group of people. In a world where advisors often get a bad rap, it is good to know that there are still great ones out there. Job well done!
