Meg #3914 was a wonderful service technician. She was personable, professional, and wanted to solve the issues with my furnace as soon as possible. When she determined that a part on my furnace needed replacing she offered to drive and pick up the part herself and return and install it, which she did. This meant not having to book another service appointment. I appreciated this very much.

Its Sunday afternoon and no hot water, my husband called Reliance at 3:30pm and just a couple of mins after 4:00pm Matthew F from Reliance shows up at our door. This was the fastest turnaround time for a service call i have ever had with any company. Matthew was very professional and more than happy to help resolve our issue. It took less than 30 minutes to fix and he was so helpful. He told us that we were his last call and was just shutting down for the day when the call came in, I was so impressed by his great attitude because he must of be tired and looking forward to the end of his shift. Thank you Matthew F you fixed our problem quickly and you truly have a great attitude for your job!!! Very Much appreciated!!!

Great service, awesome people, they fixed the water tank and now it works like a charm! Our water tank was leaking quite a bit, and water was spilling all over the floor. Now, after a short 10 minutes process of fixing, the water tank is like brand new!

Jason was an excellent technician. He was polite, sensitive to the fact that my family was still sleeping and found the furnace issue immediately and repaired it without delay. His advice on how to proceed with future issues was greatly appreciated. Thanks for all of your help...

Adam L #1234 technician from Reliance Home Comfort diagnosed an issued that took over a year and several service calls to diagnose. My furnace was making a loud gurgling noise and the heat throughout the house was negatively impacted. Adam L went above and beyond my expectation by literally exploring every element of my furnace until he figured out the issue. It ended up being a Restrictor Plate that was not included on a replacement motor that cause this noise. The motor and plate were replaced and the nose is FINALLY gone and you can immediately tell that the heat distribution throughout the house has improved. Two recommendations come from this experience. 1) The monthly protection plan from Reliance is WELL WORTH THE MONEY. 2) Adam L #1234 is an exemplary technician and he deserves to be recognized and commended for his knowledge and service.

Matt Santos was very knowledgeable and courteous. He made our choices very clear and came well prepared to answer all of our questions. Maher and the team of installers arrived before 9 am and were clean and courteous and good-natured about the very long job.

We noticed we weren't getting heat, so we gave Reliance home heating a call and they were here in an hour. Diagnosed the problem and had us fixed up in no time flat. Our service tech was Chris B #907 and he was friendly, knowable and quick!

sales person Darius Chichgur, provided me with details, on the quality, price, efficiency of the equipment. he was prompt, ensured that the installation was arranged promptly. very satisfied with the service of the salesman, Darius and the installation team of Michael and his helper who arrived promptly next day efficiently completed the job

Absolutely pleased with the service from Reliance. The lady I spoke with to book my initial appointment was very friendly and had me booked within minutes. Jonathan Cain was our installer and he was fantastic..really nice guy. He had the job done within an hour and gave helpful advice about the appliance. I would absolutely recommend Johnathan and Reliance to my friends...thanks for a job well done...glad to be able to bathe my kids again in the comfort of warm water!!

Recently had Rodney come by and provide an estimate. We went ahead with the service and had excellent service. Rodney had arranges a great team and the work was done right on time and the job was first rate. Very pleased
