A/C broke twice in first two months, warranty offers a rebate if failure occurs within first year. contacted sales, they said they would discuss and respond, I have yet to hear back. I went to replace my humidifier filter and find the vent pipes running on top of access door. Cannot contact service/sales managers.

I do not recommend this plan. It ended up excluding the one thing I had a problem with, so I wasted my money. If I had not paid into this plan, I would have had enought money to purchase a new furnace. I am now with another company: the service plan is half the price, and has no exclusions.

Mike is the reason I didn't need to shop anywhere else. He made what seemed a dreaded task of purchasing a new furnace seamless Mike's no pressure approach and honesty made this experience very positive. The price install and follow up was exceptional thanks very much.

Called very early this morning, at within 1.5hrs I had a service Tech at my door, he changed out my water heater, gave me great advice and had me back in business in no time. The service call agent was also very friendly and assisted greatly, Easy to communicate with.

We received service from Heqiang Zhang tonight. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Made a good impression for Reliance.I would definitely deal with Reliance based on our interaction with Mr. Zhang.

After some initial confusion with Reliance over scheduling our appointment, we had very good customer service over the phone. Our installer Paul F. (RCH 0498) was quick, professional, and was a good troubleshooter. We are a new customer so this was a good first experience.

On November 23rd, after realizing that I had no hot water, I discovered that my water heater was leaking. The next day, I contacted Reliance, and within 24 hours, the leaking 20 year old water heater was gone and a new one was installed. Josh, the Reliance Technician, was punctual, professional, and efficient -- truly representative of the company's high standards for customer satisfaction. Thank you Josh and thank you Reliance. Very impressive!

We had a power failure and resetting the water heater did not work. The service technician, Darren, was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He took time to explain the work he was doing and when we pointed out another issue we were having with intermittent rattling noises, he immediately tackled that problem as well. He did a thorough investigation to find the cause of the noise and left us feeling very confident that the problem has been resolved. We had been putting up with the rattling sound for many months and other technicians did not show much interest in resolving the problem. We are very pleased with the service that Darren provided to us today and would highly recommend him for his expertise, communication skills and courteous manner.
