A sales agent responded to my information request. He visited my home and convincingly and professionally presented a solution for my requirements. This was just before summer, there were lots of deals offered by many providers and sellers, and Reliance's offer for the Carrier unit was very competitive and attractive. The installation went smoothly as scheduled, and I believe an upgraded cooling coil was installed. My only complaint is that the OPA rebate was less than I was lead to expect from the agent, due to the actual SEER ratings of the unit and coil. I spent several weeks chasing both Reliance and the OPA for clarification and confirmation, and eventually gave up and settled for the lower than expected rebate. That rebate episode was a nightmare, as no one at either place seemed to know what to do to provide the correct information, much less to upgrade my rebate amount. Reliance and their agents should convey accurate information about the rebates for all the units they sell. On a brighter note, the Carrier unit worked very well over the summer months, providing more than adequate cooling. In hindsight, I should have opted to mount the unit on the ground instead of on a wall bracket, as the noise/vibration/humming is very noticeable. UPDATE - DECEMBER 2014 Reliance contacted me and kindly credited my account with the difference between the rebate amount I expected and the actual rebate received. This speaks well about their customer relations standards. Hopefully there will be clearer and more accurate rebate information provided in the future.

I had Idris #2915 and Scott #2197 install my new furnace today. They were very polite and did a great job. They even cleaned u[ everything after the job was done. Im very impressed with both of them.

Even though I was given an approximate time of arrival from 10 AM to 2 PM, Adam arrived at 10 AM, which was great. I did not have to stay home all day waiting. He had his foot covers on, completed the service efficiently and was very courteous. Over all very pleased with Reliance Service.

Reliance was great for my new furnace and a/c install. They were quick and efficient. They also laid out all my options considering the expensive price tag. The salesmen was great kind and very helpful. I would defiantly recommend reliance.

I had a leak in the water heater tank. Philip Sirek provided amazing service from the initial phone call to say he was on his way to fixing the issue and cleaning up the mess. Very professional and courteous. Thanks Phil!

The worker Wes was great came to see what the problem was the day before and was very polite. Hen came back the next day. Was very courteous and got the job done in half hour or so.

I had noticed that our 12 year old gas hot water tank was leaking slightly for about a month then on November 25th my wife went downstairs to the utility / furnace room and noticed that the tank was leaking badly and constantly. Our tank is a rental and we have a maintenance program so my wife called the Reliance help line at 7:30 a.m. Matt, the Reliance service and install technician arrived before 8:30 a.m. during this seasons first bad snow storm and proceeded to lay down mats to protect the tiles and hardwood floor, disconnected our 13 year old tank and installed a new energy efficient water heater all within an hours time. Thank you Reliance for the speedy service and thank you Matt for the professional, courteous and speedy installation on a terrible weather day!

Jason was great he arrived early was courteous had all the right tools and parts. he had rugs to protect the floors and booties for his feet. the work was done fast but efficiently over all very good

Alex and Josh team 1147 were prompt, punctual, courteous, and very informative with all the information and providing us with the detail of what they were doing and how things worked. I would highly recommend them to anyone having this kind of work done.
