Amy is an outstanding sales rep. She knows her product and her company well, and is clearly proud of both. She most definitely is not one of those pushy, full-of-herself salesmen who turn us off immediately; in fact, so pleased were we with her friendly, personable approach, and the programme she offered us, that we decided to go with her the very next day.
Subsequently, Amy returned to go over the details which she explained well ( she had even prepared her own much more clearly- worded version of a set of instructions about the rebate process), expedited the installation , made her email address available to us which allowed us to be in almost instant communication with her. When there was a wee glitch with the installation, she moved quickly to solve the problem.
Amy serves her company and her customers well, and she's a first class person to boot.
Her colleagues, Andy and his crew, tackled a difficult install and had the whole thing done in one day. They, too, were all friendly and professional. Bill, who changed his itinerary on a Saturday to address that wee glitch, found and fixed the problem quickly. He , too, was courteous and friendly.
