    AC Installation

    Excellent service from making an appointment to the installation Dave Masters, was the Sales Person who worked with me and luckily assigned to my account thereafter. Dave is very knowledgeable and spent as much time as needed explaining the options available. I was so impressed that I contacted him a few months later for the installation of a humidifier. I cannot recall the installers name, but he was also professional and made good excellent suggestions.

    furnace/AC/humidifier intallation

    Amy is an outstanding sales rep. She knows her product and her company well, and is clearly proud of both. She most definitely is not one of those pushy, full-of-herself salesmen who turn us off immediately; in fact, so pleased were we with her friendly, personable approach, and the programme she offered us, that we decided to go with her the very next day. Subsequently, Amy returned to go over the details which she explained well ( she had even prepared her own much more clearly- worded version of a set of instructions about the rebate process), expedited the installation , made her email address available to us which allowed us to be in almost instant communication with her. When there was a wee glitch with the installation, she moved quickly to solve the problem. Amy serves her company and her customers well, and she's a first class person to boot. Her colleagues, Andy and his crew, tackled a difficult install and had the whole thing done in one day. They, too, were all friendly and professional. Bill, who changed his itinerary on a Saturday to address that wee glitch, found and fixed the problem quickly. He , too, was courteous and friendly. This was an expensive project. The level of service that one would expect in such an enterprise was here in spades.Thanks, Reliance, for choosing your personnel so well.

    Furnace and air conditioning

    Daniel and Chris were not only professional but provided quality customer services.They explained what they were going to do and provided a post service walk about and answered questions. They were prompt, clean, courteous and are ambassadors for Home Reliance. I have no hesitation in recommending Daniel and Chris.

    Heating & Air Conditioning

    I called Reliance Home Comfort for a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner, the sent over James Barcelos who was very helpful in guiding us in the right direction. The install was carried out by Charlie Chang and his partner, they worked quickly and efficiently. The install was top notch, very clean no loose ends. I would highly recommend both James and Charlie in the jobs they carried out.

    Home service call - WaterHeater

    Booked Reliance for Water heater service and was extremely pleased with the service (Wes) and professionalism of the representative. Would recommend to everyone. Extremely satisfied with the work done. Representative was prompt and professional no issues.

    AC Installation

    My experience with Reliance both the sales person Brendan and the technician Charlie who installed the AC unit was Excellent. They were courteous, efficient and very professional in their approach and execution of the services they provided.

    Hot Water Tank Leak

    Joe Green arrived on time for our scheduled maintenance for the water tank. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer questions thoroughly. Great service and strongly recommend asking for Joe.

    New furnace/Air Conditioner

    Once the installation date was set, the crew (Alex/Josh) arrived in good time and explained what they would be doing. They made sure everything was set up properly and went through how to control the thermostat and set the humidifier. They both were courteous and upbeat about their work. I also appreciated the time Marc Reid took to explain exactly what we would be getting and the benefits of the new installation. Thanks to all involved, and Joe Boseley as well, for sending the extra filters, since we couldn't get the tankless water heater because of code specifications. I'm making an update to this review. We were told we would get a rebate and have received nothing since the installation in November. I'm considering changing the rating for the service to somewhere around 3 or 4. Its also unlikely I would recommend this company to my friends and family. (Jan. 29/15)

    Hot Water Tank

    Nov. 22/14 - Burlington Wes C (#2380) called before he arrived and gave a time and showed up on time. He was professional, responsible, caring and very friendly. He did his job replaced our old hot water tank with a new one and cleaned up as well. Thanks

    Water Heater/Furnace

    I was in a terrible bind when the furnace/water heater didn't work the night before the sale of the house was closing. The deal would have been lost if Matthew P. (RCH1813) hadn't trouble shooted and solved the problem with the furnace. (A quick fix but crucial). The cause was unrelated to the water heater but he still got me out of a jam and the sale of the house went through. I really appreciated his going above and beyond in customer service. Great Job Matt! Thank you once again.
