i saw it in t.v and i have reliance for a long time so i decided to call them up because my furnace stop working so they send over a technician to go over how much it would coast to replace it but could not afored it he made it very affordable for me so i am very satisfied

Matt and Neil were in to replace our furnace and AC. Both were extremely effecient Matt and Neil were in to replace our furnace and AC. They were right on time, were very efficient and explained everything we needed to know and who to contact if we had any problems. Very personable and took care in ensuring everything was cleaned up when they were done.

Sam Demelo (#1382) arrived on time for our scheduled maintenance for the water heater; very nice, responsible and professional; able to answer questions thoroughly. Thanks for his service and strongly recommend this company.

Phone communications and service man (Joe D.) were great however i was told they would be at my house between 7-11. By 11:20 I called and they told me I was next, he showed up after 12. I was stuck at home when I had many other things to do.

John Savage (#1485) arrived on time for our scheduled annual furnace maintenance plan check appointment ; very pleasant & professional; answered all questions thoroughly relating to our furnace's efficiency readings & especially how to turn down/turn off hot water tank during absences; he also called his office to confirm info relating to maintenance plan coverage of our electronic air cleaner & service available for gas fireplace cleaning. Greatly appreciate his knowledge, professionalism & initiative to obtain & provide all of this additional information to us!

Once again we were fortunate to have John as our technician for our furnace and A/C maintenance. John, as on his previous visit, took his time on the job and was very thorough. He was more than willing to answer questions that did not apply specifically to the work at hand. We continue to be very pleased with the service provided by Reliance (and, of course, by John) and look forward to seeing him again next year.

Joe Green came to repair my water heater tank and he did a great job, he was efficient and very knowledgeable, he gave me great advise on what kind of water tank to get in the future and ways to run it more efficient. hope I can always get him if i need to call for service

so happy with your service people Abdul, Ian and Greg. They are prompt and courteous. They show up and really try to solve the problem. Very professional and they make you feel confident that they will fix the problem. Thanks

Called Reliance at 1pm on Thursday as 8 month old furnace (that they installed) was not working. Was told they would be there between 2 and 5. Nobody ever showed up. Waited until 1030 pm in freezing house. Never received a callback. They didn't show until almost 2 the next day. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. Nobody should ever have to sit around in a cold house for 10 hrs waiting for a call that never came. Let me reiterate - I called in looking for an update at least 10 times. NOBODY EVER CALLED BACK. Was told supervisor would call back within 5 mins. Never happened. Was told they would be there next day at 8 am. Never happened. In the end, they never called - just finally showed up 25 hrs after the initial call. Most frustrating experience I have ever had. I will never recommend Reliance to anyone. I suggest that Reliance review the call records and take a serious look at their policies regarding basic communication and customer service. Next time, I will call somebody else and charge it back to Reliance - they can't be trusted.

Wes C arrived promptly at our home with a huge smile and before going downstairs to examine our water heater, put on shoe covers and made friends with our King Charles Spaniel. It was no time before he discovered the problem and repaired it. His friendly, professional manner and outstanding service will prompt me to request Wes again if we ever experience another problem with either our water heater, furnace or AC. Thanks Wes!
