Mr. Darren Cooney-Mann, Very good and fast services, 100% satisfield on his work at my home, then he explained detail the mechine and the things I need to careful, after the intallation and clean all the area that he make dirity, when he was working on it.

Reliance was happy to take my money every month in exchange for a guarantee that they would fix and maintain my furnace as necessary, They were not as keen to actually do the work, which has now cost me an additional $2,000 since switching to a reputable company -- nor to be honest and responsible about their commitments. Reliance staff didn't show up to do the work, made lame excuses, and spoke deceitfully (this text box won't allow me to use the English word for that) when called out on their behaviour. Avoid them, always.

Noticed late on Sunday evening that my hot water tank was leaking. Contacted Reliance to have a technician come look at it. Was informed someone would be by Monday between 1-5pm. Chad promptly arrived at 1pm and had the problem fixed within minutes. He explained to me why it was leaking and what he was doing to fix it. Chad was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Chad and Reliance for all your help!

Matt F . RCH 1763 .. came at 8pm on a Wednesday night and installed our new water heater. He was very personable, polite and fast. He did a great and fast job.

My hot water was rusty looking and Reliance sent Matt (1920). Matt was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Matt recognized that my water tank was very old and made the decision to replacing it. It needs to be mentioned that Matt went over & beyond their duty by working their way through various obstacles & tight spaces. It was no charge as per our rental agreement.

Joe V and Jacob S were a great installation team. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I hope my own service and installation teams are as professional! The entire process from sales to installation went very well! Well done.

So far, not very pleased with Reliance's service. Our water heater broke Friday night. We called at Saturday at noon, in which they told us someone would come out between 1pm to 6pm. The repair man came at 5:30, which he worked for an hour and a half then said he would be back tomorrow. On Sunday morning, WE had to call him to see when he was coming and he said "Maybe today sometime, or sometime tomorrow". Then at 6 pm there was still no word from him so we called customer service again in which they told us someone would call in the next hour to make an appointment.... it is Monday at 9am and we are still waiting for that call. So now onto day three with STILL no hot water or even an appointment.. and still waiting... So now we will call AGAIN for the 4th time.

We received two very well thought out presentations from Rob who answered all questions satisfactorily and arranged for immediate installation. Ian and Jeff completed the installation over 1.5 days in a competent professional manner. They were punctual, careful, addressed all specific concerns and cleaned up the site after installation very well. Ian answered all questions on the operation of all components to our satisfaction and salvaged components for the ReStore (Habitat for Humanity). We are interested in arranging a maintenance plan with Reliance based on our experience with the three Reliance staff noted above.

Gurmeet Singh was very cordial, explained the problem and informed of the solutions available. He was very knowledgeable and skillful. Cleaned up the place after he finished the work.He was on time and called me before he reached. Over all I am very satisfied with his services.
