We had two Advisors come prior, and did not complete jobs properly. We had to call Reliance a third time, in which my family was fed up and frustrated. However, when Darren Cooney -Mann came, he was pleasant and professional. He calmed my mother down, and took the time to explain things to her in a way she could understand. He was efficient with the time spent. Ive never seen my mother happy to hand over money and pay for something. She said, " He deserved it, and the company should know they have a true star". We are happy Darren came, as if he didn't - it would result in a switch in service providers. Thank you Reliance for hiring a professional young individual such as Darren.

The required part for the furnace repair arrived in the late evening, and I was able to book a service call for the next day in the morning from 7am-11am. The service tech (Mr. John Saliba) arrived earlier in the time slot at around 8am, as I had hoped. While Mr. Saliba was not the same service tech that had originally diagnosed the issue, he was very experienced and quickly was able reaffirm the issue and install the required parts. It all took just a little over an hour. This included Mr. Saliba waiting a few extra minutes after the parts were installed to check and make sure the furnace was in fact up and running, and that there were no other issues. I really appreciated this attention to detail. Also, Mr. Saliba was patient and helpful with answering other heating and hot water tank related questions I had. Overall, Mr. John Saliba was professional, courteous, nice, and very helpful. Thanks again!

Furnace failed on Nov.10th and Reliance had a new system installed Nov.11th. Many thanks to Randy for his inspection and Dan Shepley for helping us to select the right system. Mike and Luke did a very professional installation and carefully explained everything. We're very happy with your prompt and courteous service. It was a very good experience and thanks again.

Bad service. Reliance made commitments and scheduled installation appointments, which were never fulfilled. The installation person was rude and refused to install twice. Wasted 4 days of mine and a lot of head ache. Now the sales rep (Drew Allen (416-627-0527)) doesn't pick up my phone. I can only thank them for this educational experience.

Amber (1620) was awesome.. She is very pleasant,, professional and knows her stuff. Over the last 1 1/2 years she has been here twice and both times we were extremely pleased with her work as she handled the issues quickly and efficiently. John (#1485) replaced our leaking water heater, within a couple of hours of our call, did an excellent job, taking care to not leave tracks on the carpet etc., despite snowy weather.

Installation was done by Trevor and Garey and they were great. Friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. That's VERY REFRESHING these days. This was a stress free experience. I was very pleased.

Had a furnace failure eary Sunday morning , had the serviceman here at 8 am. diagnosed as heat exchanger failure . Sales ladt Michelle here by 2 pm the same day . Made a deal and the new furnace was delivered and installed the next day . Great sales team and great installers . They answered all my questions very professionally . I would recommend them .
