Amber was excellent. I was contacted 15 minutes prior to her arriving, she was tidy, professional and the problem was diagnosed quickly. Future suggestions and recommendations were also offered. Hot water tank was up and running quickly thanks to her knowledge....Thanks again!!!

Just had my annual Furnace maintenance Mr Darren Cooney Mann did a great job. Job Well Done and very honest person. He even explained to me what he is doing. Good Job Darren.

My rental water heater broke & Reliance sent Wes C. RCH 2380. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable & efficient while replacing my water heater. I would like to mention that Wes & his co-worker went over & beyond their duty by working their way through various obstacles & tight spaces. It was no charge as per our rental agreement.

Josh and Alex were the ones installing the new furnace (Team Member # 1147). They did an excellent job. They kept us informed on what they were doing. They went through everything with us when they were finished. Everything was cleaned up well.

I had John Savage to do a cleaning/yearly maintenance on our furnace...he was very kind and very informative about everything he was doing, which was done with precision!...Could not have asked for better...Thank you John!

Darren was great. The hot water was not working but he fixed it immediately. He worked quickly and efficiently. He informed us about our problem and gave us all the information. He followed up with advice and how to increase efficiency and lower any malfunctions in the future.

My furnace stop working last night, call reliance this afternoon and the technician Robert Maclean was at my house within half hour of my call. He was very polite and friendly easy to talk with, explained everything he did, went the extra mile to hook up my humidifier, my new thermostat and showed me everything. outstanding exceptional service given, from a person with great personality. way go Robert.... thanks a lot you make my day.
