    Service

    Ian was great! He was professional, knowledgeable and he got the job done. Customer support on the phone could have been better. Booking the initial appointment should not have been SO difficult. Person on the phone had trouble addressing my needs, was confusing, and kept trying to sell me services I didn't want while ignoring the service I was asking for. Then she told me that my propane fireplace could not be serviced, even though the same company has serviced it for about 10 years. After this headache, I almost gave up entirely trying to book the appointment. Finally I got the appointment booked. The service manager could have been better at relaying accurate information to me on the phone after the first appointment. Overall, I am satisfied with the service because despite the poor phone communication the technician came and did what he was supposed to and my fireplace is in working order just in time for the cold weather :)

    Furnance

    furnace&water tank

    We just installed new furnace&water tank. They are very good workers. Ben Li is the best guy. He came again today to finish the outside pipe.Also checked everything again. Thank you!

    furnace

    Had Reliance sales rep Darius Chichgur provide alternatives for furnace replacement. This he outlined in detail and in a manner that was easily understood; and also offered alternatives fitting of the household requirement. Also did follow up on day of installation and answered questions thereafter. Unit was installed by Technician Deep. The system installation was completed ahead of schedule. Good housekeeping was practice during every step of job.

    new furnace and AC

    The reliance workers Daniel and Chris installed new furnace and AC units in my home. They were efficient, friendly and answered all my questions. They went through all features of both units and the new thermostats. Upon leaving the made sure all areas were tidy. Thanks guys!

    furnace cleaning and repair

    Bryan appeared on time and was very professional. he diagnosed a warranty item on my humidifier and replaced the solenoid and controller..He also went the extra mile and replced the saddle valve with a ball valve, since that is what originally caused the solenoid to fry He also cleaned the furnace and sorted out the warranty part since this was the second time they had come back to fix the humidifier that they installed as part of the new furnace last summer and arranged for additional comp

    Furnace servicing

    I had Joe D'Onofrio at my house to service my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and spent an extra hour with me to fine tune our furnace operation including thermostat check, CO2 check, humidifier and filter check etc. Awesome service Joe!

    Furnace Repair

    Arrived home to find my furnace not working. From initial call to arrival of service technician was only an hour. Repaired and out the door in 45 minutes. Really appreciate the quick response. Very pleasant and experienced technician. THANK YOU.

    Hot water tank rental

    I have been renting my hot water tank from RELIANCE for the past 16 years paying $16 a month. The water tank needed to be replaced as concluded by RELIANCE'S technician and so the tecnician made an appointment to come at between 1 to 5pm next day and will replace the water tank. I waited and waited. They never called or cancelled the appointment. Now I have to run around and figure out what is going on here. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Reliance should be sued. This company is useless as a three dollar bill. This is my second encounter in the last five years where their service is totally useless.

    Wireless Thermostat

    We had issues with a wireless thermostat insulation - it was originally attempted to use the existing wire for a new install but later found that it was damaged somewhere in the floor and that a conventional thermostat would not work. After trying different types of wi-fi unit and realizing that they did not work - our latest technician Joe D'Onofrio was able to trouble shoot the problem and installed a Wireless unit. Joe did a great job in assessing the issue and installing the unit; he also ensured that all functions of the thermostat were functioning and that I understood how to control the different functions. Thank you to Joe for your great service and polite and informative attitude.
