    Repair crack in basement foundation that was leaking

    floor stabilization on addition

    We have an addition at the back of the house and found the floor was beginning to sag due to lack of support. We contracted OMNI Basement Systems to come in and put 6 smart jacks and 4 support beams in the crawlspace under the floor. The crew came on time and worked well and efficiently. They were friendly and professional. After installing the smart jacks they carefully levelled the floor. We have a back door that exists from this extension. It had listed to one side and was difficult to open and close because of this. The lead installer made sure the door was opening and closing freely before they left. He also arranged for OMNI to come back in May to check and make sure the floor was still level after the ground thaws. We were very happy with the work and found all our contacts were professional. We would highly recommend the company.

    Super sump installation

    The sales reps were super friendly and easy to relate to. The installation team was super respectful and cautious to keep the house clean. They also gave my little guy some attention and let him see what they were doing as he was so curious. All staff were great to deal with!

    basement sump pump

    Thank you Omnibasements Systems for the great service and quality product! Especially impressed with the install of the Triple safe system in our awkward shaped basement. This is an extremely robust system with very little noise. I think a fish tank is louder. Having the security and reassurance that my basement won't flood again during a rainstorm or power outage is priceless. Would have saved me a lot of restless nights had I done this year's ago.

    Basement wall crack repair

    I was very pleased with the entire experience from initial inspection to competed installation / repair. The work was completed in a timely manner with minimal disturbance to the environment around the crack. The inspector and installer were very professional and the work was completed as intended.

    Basement Wall Repair (leakage)

    We had a crack develop in a basement wall, due to our house settling. Ground water seeped through onto the basement floor. Phil from Omni diagnosed and explained the issues and process involved and gave us a free estimate. Like Phil, everyone we came into contact with after that were personable, expert and efficient. Jaqueline was excellent in following up with our repair date and today, Gord and James arrived promptly, completed the work professionally, explained everything and ensured that the area was left clean and tidy. Thanks to your OMNI team for turning an otherwise stressful situation into a positive one!

    High quality provider

    water issue in basement so with one simple call to omni basements , a rep was at our home to assess the situation, very professional approach. we agreed on the plan and estimate on that day. The work was scheduled and the crew arrived as scheduled with everything needed for the repair. they were friendly respectful of our house and efficient. job well done

    Basement inside waterproofing and sump pump installed

    The cost was higher than the other estimates but this company made sure they understood what we wanted and did not try to tell us what we wanted. They took their time to listen to our concerns as well as answer all of our questions. The sales representative, the office staff, and the installers were all wonderful. We do not have a single complaint from start to finish.

    Sump Pump Backup System

    Overall amazing experience from start to finish. The sales team did a great job in explaining the pros and cons of various options. The scheduling and admin team kept us updated regularly with status of our installation on a regular basis (This was the best experience in this regard with any company i have ever dealt with) and the installation crew was amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a basement waterproofing solution.
