This days it is hard to find specialists for small projects, but it is so popular when we as homeowners need little touch from professionals to make it work. That is why plumbers are so unique, they have to know how to install faucet but on the same time install huge gas boilers at industrial complexes. To know everything is makes this trade very complicated in sense of workmanship. We are very glad to have "client and plumber" knot tight and neat! We found young plumbers are more informative and share knowledge with no compromising that, as a homeowner you would like to be informed and have a nice explanation what was the reason for the problem you have at the moment. The review is so detailed that I can even can see the radiators and the work itself. Thank you for that! I am the same, if you would like to say something, be detailed and informative to help other people, share your knowledge and the positive karma will come back to you another day. Radiators are a very tricky part of the plumbing system, most of all it will start leaking right after you touch it, most of the plumbers are afraid to even deal with radiators. They don't want to take responsibility for any additional leaks and rusty part replacements. The same as you getting a new car vs trying to repair your 15 year old car. Money and pleasure is with your first car, right? That is why we work with our plumbers non stop to make them the best, to change their attitude and build different type of business - honest and reliable on customers opinion and choice. We put plumber back to school and pay for their education to provide better quality and bring the latest technology to your house but only when we are sure that this will work in this case. All our helpers are registered apprentices and we fight with Ontario Trade of College to prove that every plumber has to have apprentice to train next generation of plumbers! Ministry of Training opinion is 1 helper is enough for 2 plumbers, 9 plumber can have 5 helpers. Interesting philosophy is always make sense. And over time each of us loosing energy we spent at work, at home, anywhere we 've been. THANK YOU ! It is so important to have this to keep moving forward even when you lost all your hope, it is important to make life meaningful. Plumbers are really hard working people, they run all day long from one house to another, meet different people, different houses, get involved in very unpleasant cases. Only office and customer's "thank you" make their day easier. We are glad that the assistance you've got was on time. Backup systems are important to have as a second hand, one is good, two is better. The same as backup on your computer - every day backup will save years of your life, grey water can be sitting on the bottom of the pit for months and than 1 day fill up the pit in a sec. To prevent flooding is the main role for backup system. Let us know if any question about this system and don't forget to clean the pit form debris every 6 months. Anta Team with Friday wishes...

Thank you Albert, it was very important for us to make sure you will have the RIGHT toilets for the next 30 years. When customer make choice to buy cheap no-brand toilet he has to know that those toilets will need additional investment in a next year like flash valve to replace, flapper is leaking, etc Good quality toilets work for 30-40 years and the only service is required is to have SOFTENER installed in your basement. Softener keeps water soft, with less sediments into it. It keeps faucets, toilets, jet system in a great shape plus make your skin more moisturized. One of your flanges is broken, please remember this and in a close future it is a good idea to take care about it. Ask our techs when you will be ready to make repair. Flange is the connector between toilet and drain system, kind of support for toilet to be stable. About brands, we found that American Standard and Kohler have less complains about quality, and when you are ready to make next purchase we recommend to take a look at those brands to have quality and on the same time easy to repair. Give us a call if anything else you would like to know about plumbing in your house. Don't forget people are build from water, and Reverse Osmosis systems is good idea to have clean water in your coffee cup and bowl of soup . With best wishes, Anta Team

Thank you Eva for your feedback. It was a pleasure to be helpful to your family. We have houses which built with standard layout. It works for some families but not the most. We need to add washrooms, remove laundry form second floors, add new shower systems to have nice jetting at the end of stressful day at work. Home is everything to us - life happened in our homes, we have kids, we take care about parents, we are homesick after a week of vacation in Dominica or Cuba. We are happy when house is freshly painted, but we are even more happy when we have our privacy from kids and parents time to time. Plumbing is the cornerstone to make this happened.
