Thank you for your time! Plumber is not only for faucet repair, Plumber has to be familiar with every corner in a sewage and plumbing systems. We had call from customer - 2 other companies can't find the leakage problem. Main concern was - "Please, send us Professional! We are sick and tired to pay for nothing. We sent out the Plumber and in 15 min he knew what the problem is and how it has to be fixed. That's why we keep only Professional Plumbers, Drain Technicians. They have to find the problem even if it is hard to do. And one more advice - maintenance can save you thousand dollars instead of repair. All the best, Tatiana

Thank you, TJ for your opinion! This week was really hard for water supply pipes because of weather conditions, a lot of broken pipes, frozen lines. Some customers call us and ask why they don't have water for couple days and then flooded basement, main floor and even 2 and 3 floors. Frozen pipe is really dangerous. Ice in a pipe can easily break the pipe and then warm air in a system will bring to the house tons of free running water. We serve calls with frozen pipe right away before the burst can happened; sometimes we have to rearrange the booked appointment for regular service just to serve frozen pipes first. We highly recommend all buyers to get Sewer Camera Inspection before the final decision to purchase the house. It's a very common problem in a real estate market to sell the house with a blocked sewer or a leaky basement. These problems are invisible to anybody (covered by drywall or carpet, fresh painting, etc.) To keep landscaping, sidewalks, and driveway in a good condition we use our trenchless technology. Clean front yard, summer gardens with flowers and bushes, and kids having their day naps with no problems are very important to us because we are homeowners and parents also.
