Review left on 23 Nov 2025Rating: 3 out of 5Install or replace water supply and drainage: Install new plumbing...This was an installation job, NOT emergency repairs. Anta has highly Capable plumbers. Their top priority is SPEED. What bothered me the most: even though they came and visited my project before giving estimate, they were not patient to handle complications they faced during the installation and their standard comment was "this is not possible, we can't install it." So you have to be around in person to show them what to do and what not to do. 2nd thing that bothered me next was that after installing brand new faucets, their standard practice is to take all the box, package, and leaflets with them to discard without asking for permission, even though it is needed for future manufacturer warrany claims. I was lucky they had to come back again to finish the work so with my insistence they brought back my faucet boxes.Answer from pro:

About the faucet packaging: As a standard construction practice, our team removes cardboard and packaging to keep the work area clean. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we have already reviewed this internally to ensure our technicians ask before discarding any packaging in the future. Review left on 12 Aug 2025Rating: 5 out of 5Install or replace water supply and drainage: Main water shut off v...Anta responded quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote (much better than two others) for changing our main water valve. We booked the city to turn off our water and Anta's plumber was ready to go at the start of the four hour window, even waiting for hours until they came. He worked quickly to change the valve so we wouldn't need to pay for the additional turn off fee.Answer from pro:
