Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to see you spent your time to write the feedback for our visit, as we do come for no charge and provide free quotes at the job sites. Over the phone we do our best with the budget. You were promised $350-420, and the price plumber corrected was $450 at the job site as softener came with supply size 1 inch. We don't charge for our visits, and every customer can collect as much estimates as they wish. We appreciate your option and we will try to educate dispatcher better that over the phone they will be very precise with plumbing repairs knowledges as much as it is possible and possibly guess the right plumbing conditions in your house.
