    Expedient and professional water heater replacement

    We discovered our water heater T&P valve leaking in the morning, called up Tony at Megacity. He and a technician (Andre) were on top of things immediately and replaced our water heater by early afternoon. Professional and courteous from start to finish, we'll be calling on Megacity again for any future jobs without a second thought.

    New AC and Tankless Hot Water Unit

    Fast and Friendly service. Megacity installed an AC unit and removed old water tank. Will recommend.

    AC installation

    The service was done very fast and we are extremely satisfied!!The technician explained everything about the product. The price is very affordable. I would recommend this company 100%.

    AC and Tankless Water Heater

    I needed to have my AC and water heater changed, Tony and his team did an amazing job and even fixed damage to a wall. Highly recommended.

    HVAC

    Megacity HVAC have been the best company to deal with in the history of my home. Tammy and Dave are the top of their field! They have installed A/C, Furnace and provided annual maintenance for me for years. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable are only three words to describe them. And they respond to an emergency faster than most police services! (Well, close enough!). If you are looking for HVAC, look no further than Megacity!

    Furnace Replacement

    Incredible service, cleanliness and speed. Tony is very prompt and professional. He always took my calls and was quick to send his team over whenever needed. The new furnace install was quick and painless... They were on time and very efficient. The technician took the time to go over the completed work with me and make suggestions to maximize my the efficiency and lifespan of my furnace. Highly recommend!

    Furnace & Water Heater Replacement

    Outstanding Service. Gentleman came out late at night to survey the problem. Techs came into my home the very next morning and replaced an archaic furnace, vented it out properly and were clean, polite and efficient. Great follow up customer service. Clear, up front and very professional. Highly recommend. Don't hesitate in calling them!!

    Fast, Friendly, Professional work

    We woke up a couple days before the new year to a freezing cold house. Called Megacity in to look at the boiler furnace, and they suggested replacement of our 30+ year old unit. They said it could get done in two days, but then by the end of that first day they sourced a new unit, found a tech who was available, and got it done in mere hours on day #1; day #2 they upgraded our water heater at the same time to a more efficient model (an upgrade under our rental program), and also added some venting piping into our always-too-hot boiler room. Friendly and professional throughout, and willing to go many extra miles to help us. The one thing I'd say would have been more helpful is if they'd called before arriving. The work took a few visits over two days to get it all done, and they were very eager to help us get our heat up and running again, but they showed up unannounced a few times, which was tricky managing our young toddler amid the loud noise and nap times. But when we asked the tech to come back a bit later, he was quite obliging. Everything was done very well, very professionally, and promptly. Highly recommended.

    Incredible and fast service

    We recently purchased a property and were in the midst of renos. On the evening of Dec 24th we realized the furnace is not working properly. We contacted MegaCity Heating and Tony and his team came in the house in the matter of 30 mins. On the same night the furnace was replaced. We are thankful to Tony and his team for such quick and very professional service especially on Christmas Eve. Thank you very much for coming and replacing our furnace. Now the house is warm!!!

    Furnace and air conditioning

    In 2020 our air conditioner broke and within 36 hours we had a brand new one installed and humming along. Today our furnace broke, within 2 hours we had a new one being installed. The team at Mega City has been nothing but prompt, courteous and always there whenever there is a problem. Especially Tony who is always a pleasure to deal with. My family has used them for both furnace and air conditioning replacements and they can’t say enough good things either. If there was a 20/10 stars I would give Mega City that rating. 100% recommend them every time.
