    Furnace replacement

    I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Megacity Heating and air conditioning. The entire process of my furnace replacement was done efficiently and professionally. As a senior, it was essential for me to find a company that would listen to what I need and treat me with respect. With Megacity, I achieved both. I am completely satisfied!

    A/C install on a hot summer day

    Our A/C was 15 years old and no longer working. I called Megacity and within one hour a service representative was at our home. By mid afternoon a new A/C had been installed and the old unit was removed. Megacity has done a lot of work in this neighborhood and I can see why - they are polite and professional and we were so relieved to have A/C as it was 40 degrees Celsius that day. Thanks Megacity.

    Furnace & A/C Installation

    We contacted Megacity because our furnace was not working and they responded promptly. Dave was very knowledgeable, honest and patient when explaining what needed to get done. He was also able to accommodate our request for same day installation. Soheil, who installed the new furnace and A/C, was very friendly and courteous, and did an amazing job ensuring that everything was in working order before he left. The whole process was a positive experience for us and we would like to thank Tony, Dave and Soheil for the great service from beginning to end! I would highly recommend this company.

    New AC Installation

    Tony was quick to come onsite and save us from the heatwave. We had a 20+ year old AC unit that was well overdue for an upgrade. After installation we had an issue with the lines freezing up/ low air pressure, but Tony and his team were at our house within hours of us reaching out for help. The process to getting a new ac installed and figuring out billing with our existing provider was seamless. We would 100% recommend Megacity!

    Water Heater

    Our water heater failed this morning and after a call to Megacity Heating a replacement was sourced, and installed by 3:00, including removal of old one. Thanks for the quick, professional service from Tony and Andre.

    AC replacement

    The central AC unit broke down in the middle of the August heatwave, and Megacity folk were prompt to respond to the job, show up to asses, and replace it on the same day, even though it was a rainy afternoon. Thank you for getting the job done! I highly recommend this company.

    Prompt and courteous

    AC fan was running but not cooling the house. It was late Saturday evening. Tony from MegaCity called and came within 30 mins. Whilst he was on his way the AC started to cool the house. Tony checked the unit inside and the outside. Checked the compressor and gas levels. Said it is all working. He was honest, courteous and very understanding. Definitely will recommend MegaCity. He mentioned the age of the unit and to think about a new one. He did not push. He also said to call if the issue arises.

    AC repair and furnace cleaning

    Megacity responded promptly to my service request. John and Tony provided great customer service and worked quickly to address the issue with my central AC unit and complete routine furnace cleaning. I would recommend their services and consider them for future work.

    Mini Split Install

    Megacity was professional and great to deal with. They gave me a reasonable quote and the unit was installed within a few days. Tony answered any question I had and made sure that the product was eligible for a grant for me. His crew were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Megacity for future projects.

    Air conditioner replacement

    New air conditioner installed. Installation was efficient, clean and well done. Tony explained everything really well and made sure all of our questions were answered. Very happy with our new unit and it's running perfectly!
