We have used the Pest Dectectives on several occasions over the years and have referred family and friends as well. Recently they came to our home to treat for silver fish (have done squirrels and wasps in the past) and also did a follow up visit. Their service was prompt, professional and above expectations.

We had North Shore Pest Detective Ltd treat our place on December 10, 2015. I called back two days after the treatment because I was still seeing live bugs in some of the same places. I talked with a polite female representative on the phone who said to monitor and give it a few weeks to determine if the product worked and then call them back. The product didnt work - in fact in one area it was worse. When I called them in early January 2016 I reached a male representative who proceed to give me a 20 minute lecture on bugs and then tried to sell me further services to me. He would take no responsibility for their work. "Nothing they can do about it" unless I paid them to come back even though from the start their work was not effective. Every other pest control company we had contacted does take responsibility for their work within a 3 month period. Not North Shore Pest Detective. I want to warn other consumers - so they dont make the same mistake we did - utilize one of the other pest control companies who are responsible and effective.

Pest Detective removed bird and mouse droppings from our temporary work site. Jamie was able to provide an accurate quote and do the work in a difficult location on short notice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pest Detective to friends of colleagues.

We have pest detective come to our home on a regular bases to change our outdoor bait stations. After their last visit our small dog became ill. We where scared that maybe something was spilled on the ground. We called the office after hours , we spoke with Sarah she was very concerned and took the time to track down the employee that was at our place. She then called us back saying that he did not spill or drop anything in our yard. Our dog turned out to be fine. The next day my husband receives a call from the office manager Pamela, checking up on our dog to see how she was doing. It is so nice to have such great customer service.

Company responded quickly, set lots of bait traps and then plugged possible rodent egress areas around the house. Service person explained all steps clearly and was very thorough with the survey of house and possible access points. Happy with the service
