    Rodents

    We had Lyle with the North Shore Pest Detective out to our home to take care of a rodent problem in our attic space. His prompt identification of the issue, excellent communication about the procedure to deal with the problem, and thorough placement of control measures to get the problem under control were second to none. We had Lyle come back for the follow up visit a couple of weeks later to confirm the rodents that had been living in the home were gone and he confirmed everything was looking good. He provided an estimate to seal up the areas where rodents could enter the home as well as other recommendations to help prevent future rodent problems. At the time we had planned to have our contractor seal up the holes, but this did not end up happening. Pest Detective followed up with a phone call and we ended up having Lyle back once more to finish the job and seal the entry points into the home. We were very happy with the service that Pest Detective provided for this unpleasant problem.

    Pest Control

    We live between two creeks on a hillside and unwanted little "critters and crawlers" are a constant concern. Monthly visits by Pest Control has helped us keep our outside and inside space clean and safe for many years. I particularly appreciate their thoroughness in dealing with pests (rats, carpenter ants etc.) and their approachability as well as the friendly manner of our Pest Detective technician. Thank you to the whole team!

    Bed Bug Concerns

    We have used Pest Detective for several things over the last 8 years - moisture ants, wasps, mice, etc. Every technician we have had has been great, and taken the time to talk the issue and solution through with me. And importantly, the treatments have worked. This last issue, described above, was remarkable as the owner talked to me on the phone and really helped out in a panicked situation! He ID'd the pest (which thankfully was not bed bugs) and told us about treatment, all at no cost and on a Sunday!! I'm sure many others would have blown me off or not taken the time to help. I have recommended them before and will continue to do so.

    Pest Detection and ongoing management

    Great professional service and attitudes. Also provided a very timely response and support in emergency situations. Very knowledgeable about all types of pest, even ones that immigrate form other countries.

    Follow Up

    Howard and Rob did a follow up inspection of our home and found little or no indication of a further rodent presence. They pointed out one or two possible entry points which I have subsequently eliminated. I am pleased with their prompt professional service.

    Monthly warehouse service

    North Shore Pest Detective has serviced our building since purchasing it in 2009. The guys has always been very friendly and professional and always address any issues we may have. We would highly recommend this company.

    Rodent Control

    We were pleased with Dillon and his partner. We felt confident that we were in good hands. They were polite and efficient. I think between us we will be able to solve our pesky problem. I was also happy with the way they reassured out neighbour about the possible risk to his cat.

    pest control

    I highly recommend pest detective. they are professional, friendly, and reliable. we have been using their service for years and have never had a problem. they deal with many different pest issues.
