I know absolutely nothing about electrics and for many years I believed that electricity flowed from outlets and switches much the same as water from a tap. If there is a spark or lost connection or the light won't work...the apocalypse is nigh. So imagine my surprise when, having to bite the bullet and call an electrician, which costs the earth( or so I believed), Solutions came to my rescue with not only one but two shining heroes! They solved my problem in no time flat were courteous, respectful, tidy and polite....bring on the electrical problems from now on; I know where to find the "Solutions Electrical"!!!!

The first time I called Solutions I spoke to Frank the owner and he was fantastic! Very friendly and informative! We had an exhaust fan installed in our main bathroom. The electricians that completed the job did so efficiently and professionally! I highly recommend this company! I was very satisfied and I will definately call Solutions again for any future electrical jobs we may need!

A few years ago, Frank and his crew did an excellent job putting in a new breaker panel box and installing pot lights on our 48 year old home. Recently, I called Frank for a simple wiring solution, and he talked me through the process and saved me few bucks. Not too many companies would do that. You should call Frank for all your electrical soultions!

Solutions Electrical was referred to me by another Homestars Co. who was unable to fit me in. The Electrician form Solutions Electrical arrived on the day and time as promised. He checked the breaker panel and found a few loose ones, which he tightend, who had caused an outage of power in half of the house. He was very professional and knowledgable and explained to me how to check for this kind of a problem in the future. I will not hesitate to deal with this Company in the future and would recommend Solutions Electrical to my friends and neighbours.

Dave and John were very professional and knowledgeable. They discussed our options with us and made sure we understood the situations they were discovering. Their work was precise and they cleaned up afterwards even asking if they could vaccum up the dust to clean up. I would not hesitate to recommend Solutions Electrical to anyone at all.

First used Solutions Electrical a few years ago to fix some problems that we became aware of as a result of a Holmes Inspection. We were very pleased with their work on that occasion, and that's why we called them again. This time for a very small job -- a GFI receptical died -- and yes, I did try the reset button! When I called Solutions Electrical, Frank told me they were working in Burlington today and he would have someone come by. Frank came by himself. Although Solutions appears to be a growing company, they are still prepared to look after the needs of their customers -- even the small jobs. Thanks! As for the price, it appears the GFI was defective -- no charge.

I had an electrical fire on a saturday morning at my business. It was a frightening ordeal...frightening that is, until I spoke to Frank at SE! After calling several other companies that basically told me they have no time until the middle to end of the following week (and apparently not really caring at all about the situation and what was at stake), one of them referred me to SE. He said " Just ask for Frank!". Well that was the best move I have ever made. I called SE! Without knowing me, Frank took the time out of his saturday to reassure me and sort out what to do next. He wanted a complete description of the damage, the type of transformer that started the fire, exactly what the Firemen and Toronto Hydro Reports detailed and photos of the electrical panel. He then got one of his right hand men who was on another job to get out to my business and review the damage right away. He didn't ask for any financial committment whatsoever. He just geniunely wanted to help me. Because their was alot at stake with the fact that I would have no power at the business for days,I was told he would do everything in his power to fix the serious problem. That is exactly what he did. I don't know how he arranged it but his right hand man and another right hand man ( I think it is a company of right hand men) came there the next day and worked like slaves to get everything operational. It involved excavating outside into the building,also cutting through the basement ceiling, replacing transformers and wires in the electrial room, contacting Toronto Hydro to get the Dedicated Main reconnected and setting us up with a generator while we got additional ones of our own. He did all this with reassuring candor, The ordeal was awful but out of it I know that I have found electricians that are amazing, caring, awesome at what they do, professional to a fault and so reasonable. I would recommend this company to absolutely everyone who requires an electrician.... You cannot go wrong with them!

Solutions Electrical really came through for us! They were referred to us by another Homestars company who couldn't fit us in. Knowing nothing about Solutions, we called and spoke with Frank. He not only diagnosed the likely problem but had Dave come right after the long weekend (to save us money) and all the while taking the time over several phone calls to reassure us and explain what would happen. True to their word, within a week all was fixed and they also tackled a few other minor issues in the time they were here to fix the main problem. Overall, we are extremely pleased with their excellent service, clear and open communication, superb customer care and reasonable price. We look forward to having Solutions back to do additional work in our home.

Contacted Solutions because of 10/10 review here and seeing Frank on TV. Tony provided an accurate estimate of the cost and Joe, Joe, and John did the work. They arrived on time and all was complete about 4:00 p.m. Questions were answered fully and we were kept informed as work progressed. The work area was left clean and tidy when they left. I would not hesitate to recommend Solutions as they provided excellent service. They do it right the first time!

Very satisfied with the work done. Hired them to install a light fixture on a high ceiling where a PREVIOUS electrician had done so but the fixture fell and was destroyed and they would not repair the work that was done. It was a challenge to find an electrician to do a small job. Solutions was more than happy to help and I had them also install two outdoor fixtures and check an outdoor electrical outlet. I found the electrician very helpful, knowlegeable and he suggested an inexpensive upgrade to the outdoor electrical outlet. I was very happy with the service and will definately use this company again and will certainly recommend.
